My order number AD[redacted]13 for $33.71, placed a few days ago, was mistakenly charged twice to my bank account. After spending several hours on the phone today without resolution, I am frustrated. Despite confirming with my bank that it was a duplicate charge, the issue remains unresolved. I have already contacted my bank for assistance.
I urge for the double charge to be refunded promptly. I do not want to hear that it is a holding fee until the item is shipped, as it has already been sent. I am looking to speak with a representative based in the United States regarding the credit for $33.71.
