Hello, I recently purchased a satin pyjama set from your website. Unfortunately, I have noticed some pulls in the satin fabric on the trousers and loose stitching around the button holes on the jacket. I am disappointed because I adore this set and would like to exchange it for a new one. However, I kindly request that the replacement set be thoroughly inspected for quality before it is shipped to ensure it meets high standards. Considering the cost of the set, which is not cheap, the quality must match the price. Could you please arrange for this inspection to be done before sending out the replacement set? Hello, A few weeks ago, I received a letter from Klarna regarding an invoice for the purchase of a shoe with item number G27706_610. I never received this order. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the package was left at a parcel shop and sent back to adidas as it was not collected. They assured me that the invoice would be voided as the order would be processed in reverse once it reached adidas. However, I recently received another letter from Klarna with a reminder. I called and the invoice was paused until adidas confirms that the order did not reach me. They advised me to contact adidas directly to expedite resolution. Dear Sir or Madam, approximately a year ago, I purchased sneakers (see attachment) from Shoe Mücke. I wore the shoes on average 3-4 times a week for everyday use. Unfortunately, I have now discovered that the base of the shoes has become so brittle that further use of the shoes is no longer possible. Other than that, the shoes are still in very good condition after a year of use. After consulting with the Shoe Mücke store (Bischberg near Bamberg), it seems this is a production flaw, as only the area at the back of the heel is significantly worn. Similar complaints have been reported regarding this model at the store. Therefore, I kindly request, as a gesture of goodwill, a refund or at least a replacement of this model. Dear Community, I recently purchased a pair of Disney Mickey Mouse super star trainers for my grandson, and I'm quite disappointed with the quality. He wore them for the first time on a simple walk to our seaside shop, and the stitching around the front and the toe molding has already come apart. Considering the price I paid, I had higher expectations for the durability of these shoes. My grandson didn't engage in any rough activities; he simply scraped the front as most three-year-olds would. The material used for the shoe's front bumper is too delicate and not durable enough. I purchased two pairs of shoes online for £[redacted], but later found out that the same shoes were priced at £[redacted] when I visited the Adidas shop. This price difference raises concerns about the credibility of their business practices. Additionally, my experience with Adidas Customer Service was extremely frustrating. I had to contact them over 40 times across 4 days to request a refund to my card instead of a gift card that I never received. Despite multiple attempts, I was ignored or told to wait for a callback that never happened. This customer service experience has been disappointing, and I now plan to avoid Adidas in the future.

I have been approached by an individual claiming to be a celebrity who wants me to feature in an Adidas commercial as his girlfriend. He insists that I pay $15,[redacted] for the contract, another $15,[redacted] for transportation by private plane, and now an additional $7,[redacted] for landing fees to Adidas. This amounts to $37,[redacted]. He wants the payment today as the plane is scheduled to pick me up tomorrow. It all sounds suspicious, especially since Adidas typically use professional models in their ads. Is it normal for Adidas to charge for contracts upfront like this?

I am following up regarding the order mentioned above. I have contacted customer service multiple times for my refund since October 8th, [redacted]. On October 12th, I provided my bank details after being requested and confirmed both verbally and in writing. Despite receiving confirmation from your team, I have been repeatedly asked for the same information, restarting the refund process. When trying to reach out, I faced difficulties in connecting with executives and experienced disconnections after being placed on hold multiple times. This has caused me mental distress and wasted a significant amount of my time following up as per the instructions on your website. I kindly request a resolution to this matter promptly to receive my refund.

Hello! I placed an order with Adidas almost 2 months ago. I ordered two pairs of weightlifting shoes, specifically the POWER PERFECT 3 TOKYO WEIGHTLIFTING SHOES. Unfortunately, one pair is too small for me. Due to a back injury, I couldn't try them on until now and noticed they don't fit. The shoes are in the same condition as when they arrived, except for trying them on. The original shoe box was damaged upon arrival, so I didn't keep it. I would like to exchange them for a larger size, but as I can't do that directly on the website, I want to return them and purchase a bigger size. I've started the return process and plan to send the shoes back today. Can I return them in a different shoe box as long as it's safely packed? Regards, Kim

I returned a pair of yeezys to Adidas on 15/12/21 because they were too small. I used the free returns sticker provided by Adidas and sent it back with Royal Mail tracking. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I checked the tracking and saw that the item had been delivered. Despite this, I received no confirmation from Adidas and decided to contact them on WhatsApp. I provided my order number and proof of purchase, and was assured that I would receive a refund, even receiving an email to confirm this. However, after two more weeks passed without a refund, I called and was informed that my refund had been canceled but would be escalated to a manager for processing. Despite numerous follow-up calls, my refund was not processed, and I faced constant delays and excuses. Even after returning another pair of yeezys and dealing with the same refund issues, I have not received a resolution. My requests to speak directly with a manager have been denied, and the whole experience has caused me emotional stress, sleepless nights, and depression. I am disappointed in Adidas for mishandling a relatively small refund of £[redacted], which I had worked hard to afford, and for the lack of customer service provided.

I have some feedback for Adidas regarding the products sold at the Sport Chek location where I work part-time in Calgary, AB. I've noticed a few issues with Adidas products that I believe impact the customer experience negatively. Firstly, Adidas products seem to be treated more roughly by customers compared to other brands like Under Armour or Nike due to the differences in tagging. The placement and design of the tags on Adidas products make it difficult for customers to find their sizes without causing damage to the display. This has been a significant concern for me as an employee and a customer. Secondly, I find the information hierarchy and design on the tags of Adidas products to be less user-friendly compared to brands like Nike and Under Armour. Improving the design and making crucial information more prominent would enhance the overall customer experience. I purchased the $[redacted] SpeedFlow .1 soccer shoes, and unfortunately, they have been the worst cleats I've ever owned. They are falling apart in multiple areas, from the back foam coming loose to studs falling out. The insoles are uncomfortable, causing blisters whenever I turn or shoot. The quality is subpar with rips on the front and side, offering little support when changing direction. I've only had these shoes for less than six months, and they're already nearly unusable.

I recently saw a commercial promoting cross-gender athletes, and I'm greatly disturbed by it. What's wrong with you all? I've been a loyal supporter of your company and products, having just purchased some shirts from Amazon. I now wish to return everything! My family will never purchase from Addidas again. Women's sports already face challenges, and allowing men to compete as women is completely inappropriate. Men are still men, regardless of any surgeries or hormones they undergo. This is not about science but plain common sense. I don't care what individuals choose to do, but it's unacceptable to disrespect women's sports in this way. It's a freedom to express oneself in America, but it shouldn't involve distorting truths. This disappoints me as a customer of your company.
