I recently visited your Belair, Maryland store and purchased two boxes of Carb Conscious Elevation bars. The shelf price indicated $3.99, but at the checkout, one box rang up as $4.99 and the other as $4.79. When I brought up the discrepancy, the staff member was unhelpful and dismissive of the issue. I requested to speak to a manager, but was denied this opportunity. I found the behavior of the staff to be rude and unprofessional. The price tag had reflected $3.99 for months without being updated, causing confusion during my transaction. As a loyal customer, I would appreciate a resolution to this matter. Thank you for addressing my concerns. - Mrs. W.

I bought three orders and qualified for free shipping on all three per your promotion. However, in one order, I paid for 3 powdered creamers, 2 hazelnut, and 1 French vanilla, but only received one of each. This is a shortage. Also, I expected only to pay for the food and a tip for the driver with no delivery fee. Surprisingly, I was charged for food, the driver's tip, a delivery fee, and an additional $99 for an "Instacart" charge, which seems like a membership or club fee for ordering from Aldi. I would like to request a refund for the $99 as I did not intend to join a club or pay extra for ordering from Aldi. My name is Renee Gallagher, and this occurred in May [redacted] at [redacted] Spencer Ct, N. Ridgeville, OH [redacted]. Thank you.

A week ago, at your Lehigh store, I purchased some greek yogurt for my mother, but when she opened it, it had already been tampered with. Unfortunately, she consumed some before realizing it was spoiled and felt unwell. Upon returning it, the clerk, a young white male with dark hair, displayed a lack of concern and didn't apologize. When I visited tonight at 8:55 PM to buy a few items, the same clerk was unhelpful, rushing me through my purchase. His behavior turned erratic when a label came off a product, and he seemed unfocused. I inquired if my presence was problematic, to which he responded rudely. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to leave all my items behind. The clerk's behavior was alarming, and despite being a loyal customer who spent hundreds of dollars at the store, I will not be returning due to this negative experience.

Hello, my name is Erin Arrowood. Last Friday, July 5th, I slipped inside your store on White Horse Road because of water on the floor near the coolers. I noticed there were no warning signs about the wet floor. Unfortunately, I had to miss a three-day work event with the ice cream truck. The doctor provided a two-day medical excuse, but I couldn't work yesterday as I'm still in considerable pain from the fall. I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me promptly.

During my visit to the Aldi store in Hamden today, I experienced a distressing incident involving the store manager, Anthony. He aggressively tossed my food items into the basket and when I tried to escalate the issue to a higher authority, he shouted at me and prevented me from speaking to another employee in a public setting with many customers around. This behavior included inappropriate language such as cursing in front of my child, saying "Oh My God," due to frustration with the busy store that had only two registers open at 6:15 pm on 7/11. I would appreciate it if Anthony could receive feedback on his conduct and possibly receive training on managing a store effectively during peak times. It's disheartening to have groceries mishandled by a visibly agitated member of the customer service team, especially when shopping for perishable items like fruits, vegetables, and bread.

I was thrilled to receive the email notifying me about your delivery service. I dedicated a significant amount of time browsing your website to place an order for delivery; I even planned out future orders for consistent delivery. However, upon reaching the checkout stage, I discovered that you do not deliver to Woodstock, Connecticut, despite the site indicating so. I feel frustrated having spent hours on this process, including contacting multiple people to encourage them to try your service. It's disappointing to go through the excitement of receiving a delivery email, only to realize you do not serve my area. I completed all these tasks online without knowing which store would be handling the delivery.

I visited your Palmetto, Florida store on July 17th at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time and encountered a concerning experience. The frozen asparagus I purchased tasted very bitter, stringy, and was inedible. When I approached a checker who I later found out was the manager, there were several customers in line. The manager's response to my request for assistance had a rude tone, saying loudly that I should wait in line like everyone else. Despite her behavior, I patiently waited my turn and then showed her the asparagus, which she dismissively declined to smell. This encounter left me disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager, named Leanella. Following this incident, I have decided to avoid shopping at Aldi and will be choosing a different competitor, Detweiler's. While I have a $10.00 gift card issued for the asparagus, I will wait to use it. I hope Aldi considers addressing this issue as it has influenced my decision to no longer frequent your store due to the poor customer service experience.

Hello, I am Justin D. and would like to address a concern I experienced at Aldi located at [redacted] S Texas 6 Houston, TX, on 7/24/[redacted] at 12:45 pm. While shopping, we noticed items priced incorrectly, and when brought to the attention of an African American employee, she denied the discrepancy. Despite this, my father, Greg, attempted to make a purchase, but the cashier commented on his payment method. This interaction left us disappointed with the level of customer service. As a long-time Aldi shopper, I hope this issue can be resolved to maintain a positive shopping experience. I believe it would be best to address this situation by possibly reconsidering the employment status of the involved employee. Thank you for looking into this matter.

At Aldi store #38 located at [redacted] E. Broad Street in Reynoldsburg, OH, I have frequently encountered issues where I am charged more than the prices shown on the tags. On 07.26.[redacted], I purchased two packs of oranges marked at $1.79 each but was charged $3.99 for each pack. Despite having to prove the correct price, it caused delays and frustration among other customers waiting in line. Additionally, I bought two bottles of wine during the same transaction, and despite a single price tag of $8.99, I was informed the price was $11.99, leading me to return one bottle. This has been a recurring problem at this store, and I would appreciate a resolution. Thank you. Sincerely, Elena Bodnya.

My spouse and I recently visited your store after almost two decades and were impressed with the selection, prices, and values. We were looking forward to trying your products, particularly the New York Cheesecake, which unfortunately turned out to be spoiled. Additionally, we found mold in the mozzarella cheese that we had just opened. While I plan to return these items, it was disheartening to have a bad experience on our first visit back to your store. I was hoping to introduce our family to your brand, but this initial experience has made me hesitant. I would appreciate it if someone could address my concerns through your Customer Service phone number. I am also curious if I can receive a refund for these items even if I am unable to return them immediately due to my schedule. Furthermore, I'm interested to know if there are times when product samples are available in store, as this might encourage my family to give Aldi another try. I'm cautious about trying perishable items like meat or dairy that may spoil quickly. Although it may seem insignificant to your company, this experience has made a lasting impression on me. I hope that giving Aldi another chance will result in a better experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased a hose on April 25th for $26 plus tax. When I went to use it, it broke because the end part came off as if it was glued. I approached the manager at the store with my bank statement as I didn't have the receipt, and they only offered to refund around $3. I tried to contact the headquarters but received no response. I am 80 years old and had to wait for my handyman to help, which is why I couldn't test the hose earlier. I am requesting either a full refund of the price I paid or an exchange for a new hose. My name is Elsa Padgett, and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] SW [redacted] TER, Miami FL, [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I'm Judith S. and I recently visited your store at 5:59 on 08/08/19. I bought groceries totaling $68.55 and after reaching home, found mold on the strawberries I purchased. The blueberries and grapes were fine, but the strawberries had mold in the middle of the package. I plan to return them tomorrow, as I live 15 minutes away, and cannot make the trip tonight due to heavy traffic. The cost isn't the issue, it's the disappointment of finding mold on the strawberries we intended to eat. I've noted this occurrence with receipt number [redacted] [redacted]/[redacted]/[redacted]/[redacted]. Thank you for your attention. Just wanted to report this incident promptly.

I want to share my experience at one of your stores in Danville, Kentucky, concerning a cashier. I was purchasing jelly, and the price on the shelf did not match what the cashier was charging me. When I politely mentioned this discrepancy, the cashier became rude. I alerted the manager, who addressed the issue. However, the unpleasant encounter has deterred me from returning to the store since.

I have placed an order through your delivery service multiple times without any issues. However, during my recent order, I encountered a problem where it did not allow me to select a payment method before proceeding to the checkout. Consequently, the order was charged to my old card, causing an overdraft on my account and a $31 fee. I intended to use a different credit card for this purchase, but the system did not provide the option to change the payment method upon clicking the place order button. This technical glitch on Aldi's end has resulted in an unexpected charge for me. I kindly request for your store to take full responsibility for this error, as it was not my mistake. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

I am concerned about how my son and I were treated at the store recently. The cashier refused to ring us up, passing us to another staff member without explanation. On a previous visit, I tried to purchase a seasoning box containing taco, fajita, and burrito flavors marked at $.39 each, but was told the price was incorrect. Despite the clear labeling, several employees, including a manager, adamantly refused to honor the price. Their behavior was unacceptable. I am keen to have someone from corporate address this matter promptly. Please contact me at [redacted] so I can provide details of the incident and seek a resolution.

I recently purchased several unsalted butters on sale at the Oshkosh store. We usually buy this product, but the quality has been declining. I didn't notice until using it on bread for sandwiches. The taste was so off-putting that I had to throw out the bread. I haven't tasted all the butters from Aldi yet, but I wanted to bring this issue to your notice. The unsalted butter seems to have an unusual and strong flavor that warrants attention.

I was recently hired to work at the store on 132nd in Omaha. After receiving the welcome letter and pre-screening paperwork, I completed and submitted it. I started communicating with the manager on the 16th of November regarding the drug test process. Unfortunately, I never received the information about where to go for the test. Despite my efforts to inquire about it, I was informed on Friday the 29th that I missed the window for the test. The decision is now with the DM to allow me to proceed. I genuinely tried my best to prepare for the test and was very eager to start working at Aldi. Receiving that text message was disappointing, as I made every effort to obtain the necessary details. I hope to receive a resolution on this issue and to know if I still have the opportunity to join Aldi.

Yesterday, my husband purchased a few groceries at Aldi, including some biscuits, one of which was rich tea, my favorite. When I sat down with my cup of tea and opened the packet, I was disappointed to find that the biscuits tasted terrible. They seemed burnt around the edges and had an overall awful flavor. Even my daughter, who tried them today, agreed that they weren't enjoyable. Normally, I love shopping at Aldi as their products are usually great, but these biscuits definitely need some major improvement. Thank you.

I am having trouble locating an item that was a special buy which was released on Wednesday. The product I am looking for is the Wacaco Minipresso maker compatible with Nespresso pods. Unfortunately, my local store is already out of stock. Due to my chronic pain, it's challenging for me to visit stores on the day of the release. I find it difficult to contact stores individually, especially with my condition. I value your products, but the frustration of not being able to track down this specific item makes me question why I continue to shop with you.

I was trying to find Aldi's contact number in Bayshore, NY to check on my application, but I couldn't locate any phone number or customer service information. Even on the www.aldi.us website, I couldn't find a number, and it was very frustrating. I may end up going to the store in person to inquire since this search has been quite challenging.
