If you purchased a product from an ALDI store, or the online storefront, and you were disappointed in the product, you may wish to return or exchange the item. You have several options to do this. Be advised that for best results, you should have your receipt or proof of purchase, any unused portion of the product, and as much of the original packaging as possible.
You may return your unsatisfactory item to any ALDI store, even if it's not the store you originally purchased the item from (which includes InstaCart orders). You may ask to speak with a manager, or any cashier out on the floor, in order to get a return.
If you do not have a receipt or proof of purchase, you will receive a gift card loaded with store credit equal to the retail value of your item.
