I'm looking at a Sears fridge, but before I make any purchases I want to learn more about their delivery service and see if installation is a possibility. I have no idea how to install a fridge or how to dispose of an old one, so I want to make sure that Sears can help me with that process. That's why I ended up on the phone with the delivery company.
When I called, immediately a voice assistant picked up and gave me a long list of options which included, "

I chose option 1 since I had a general question, and this took me to another long directory list that included, "For confirmation of your delivery date or to change your delivery date, press 1. If you are calling to purchase installation or inquire about pricing and options, press 2. If you are inquiring about a previously purchased installation, press 3. For repair service, press 4. For parts orders or parts questions, press 5. If you are an insurance provider, installer, or agent, press 6. If you are a Sears retail partner, press 7." This time I pressed 2 and it took me to a hold line. After about ten minutes I was able to talk to someone who explained the process and then transferred me over to sales to complete the process.
