eToro users can withdraw from their accounts directly to a bank account. You can withdraw up to the value of your eToro balance less the amount of margin used. Please note that you need to provide an alternative payment method in case the platform can't deposit the funds to your bank account.
eToro users can withdraw funds to their bank accounts but they must be fully verified. Also, the minimum withdrawal is $30.
Below are the steps to withdraw funds from your eToro:
1. Log in to your account and tap on the Withdraw Funds tab.
2. Type in the amount you intend to withdraw and complete the process. Please note there's a withdrawal fee and you can view this in the Cashier.
3. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your withdrawal status within two business days. The transaction may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please note that eToro charges conversion fees for funds not in USD. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact eToro Customer Support. You can also check your dashboard to know the status of your withdrawal request.
If you change your mind and want to cancel the withdrawal request, follow the detailed steps below:
1. Log in to your account and go to the Withdraw Funds tab.
2. Watch for the pop-up message and tap on Click Here for your withdrawal history.
3. Tap on the Reverse button right next to the withdrawal request. Transactions already In Process can no longer be reversed.
4. Confirm to cancel your withdrawal request.
5. All funds withdrawn, including the withdrawal fees, are returned to your account.
If it's been seven days and you still don't have the funds in your bank account, check your withdrawal dashboard to see the status of the withdrawal request. When it says complete, it means the funds were already sent to your bank. Contact your bank for more information.
Go to your spam folder, as eToro may have also contacted you regarding the withdrawal request. You can check your other bank accounts as they might have sent the funds to other accounts linked to your eToro.
If you still can't see the funds, contact Support. You will need to provide them with a payment method statement showing all of your transactions. Make sure that your name, transaction dates and other details are clear.
To link another bank account to eToro, you only need to make a deposit from that bank account. Below are the steps to make a deposit:
1. Log in to your account and select Deposit Funds.
2. Specify the amount to be deposited and choose Online Banking.
3. Tap Link Bank Account.
