Click on the "Manage Account" line. Doing so will take you to a page that says "Your Account at Your Fingertips" in black lettering at the top.
Click the blue and white "Sign-in" button on the page.
Type in your Spectrum username and password. Underneath is a line that says "Stay Signed In on This Device." If you want to stay logged in, click the box to the left of the line. Leave it unchecked if you don't. Make sure all the information is accurate, then click the blue and white "Sign-in" button.
Update any information you wish to change on your Spectrum account. If you were unable to do update the details or you have any questions, please proceed to the next step.
