Straight Talk is not your average network carrier for mobile phone service. Rather, the carrier is known as a "mobile virtual network operator" (MVNO) that buys the rights to provide services using towers from T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon. If you placed an order with the company and need to know how to track it, this article can help. It has all the information you need to track your Straight Talk order.
Straight Talk processes its orders for shipment within 1 to 3 business days of order receipt. Please note, orders are shipped or fulfilled Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded. If an order is submitted during regular business hours after 1:00 pm EST, it will not be considered as the first business day.
If you would like your order to arrive sooner than the regular shipping method provides, you can choose 1-day shipping. Choosing this option ensures your order is shipped within the 1 to 3 business day processing window. This rule also applies to second-day shipping as well as USPS first class priority mail.
If your order status says, "Processing" then it was already entered into the system and sent to one or more manufacturers, depending on the items included in the order. Until the manufacture/s send the tracking information back for the shipment, the order status will continue as "processing.
Here are some examples of when orders are processed…
1st example: You place your order at 3:00 pm EST on a Friday, but because it is past 1:00 pm EST, Monday will be the first processing day. Based on the processing window of 1 to 3 business days, you can expect your order to be shipped the following week between Monday and Wednesday.
2nd example: You place your order at 10:00 am EST on a Tuesday, because it is before 1:00 pm EST, Tuesday will be the first processing day. Based on the processing window of 1 to 3 business days, you can expect your order to be shipped between Tuesday and Thursday.
You can track your order right from the Straight Talk website. Once there, click, "Track My Order" found at the bottom of the page under the "Current Customers" category. You will need the order number and the email address you provided when placing the order. Only orders fulfilled and shipped by trackable methods, such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, have tracking information available. Your tracking information will be available soon as the order ships and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and usually an estimated time of delivery.
If the address is incorrect, or the package is undeliverable for any reason the tracking information will indicate that your package is being returned to Straight Talk. Please contact a customer service representative for assistance.
