Log in to your account if you're a member. You can get a refund by returning the item first and when Sears or the seller marks the item as "returned."
You need a pre-printed return label to return the item. You can do this by signing in to your account and via other methods discussed below.
For non-members, you can get the pre-printed label using the order number, sales check number and order confirmation number. Use the steps below.
Enter the required info to get the label. Look for the order number in the confirmation email, specifically in the top right corner.
The Sales Check Number is on the receipt. You need to also include the purchase date of the item.
The order confirmation number is in the email. Note that you can also use your own shipping label, but make sure it's trackable. You can also return the item by visiting a Sears location.
For indoor upholstered furniture or wood furniture, you have up to 7 days to return the item. Follow the same process above to get the pre-printed return label. For damaged items, you only have up to 3 days to return them. This is why it's better to carefully examine the purchase upon delivery and refuse delivery if you see visible damage.
If you're eligible for a refund, you will receive the funds in your original payment method or gift card if a gift receipt was used in purchasing the item.
