HOW DO I RETURN A PACKAGE TO SHEIN

To return a package to SHEIN, ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging. Log in to your SHEIN account, go to 'Orders,' and select the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to print the return label and include it in your package. Ship the package back to the designated address. Be mindful of the return window and any applicable return policies.

Lost my phone I cannot access my account on Shein have pending orders that are processing and supposed to be delivered

You can access your SHEIN account from any device, not just your lost phone. Simply go to the SHEIN website or download the SHEIN app on a new device. From there, log into your account with your username and password. If you don't remember your password, there is an option to reset it through your registered email address. Once you have logged in, you will be able to check the status of your pending orders or make changes as necessary.
