You can adjust your match preferences in your account settings. Go to "Edit Profile", then select the "My City" or "Search" option. From there, you'll be able to adjust the age range filter for matches. Remember, it's important to respect age preferences of others. If someone has indicated they're not interested in dating someone in their 40s, their profile will not be available for you to message, and vice versa. Please respect these boundaries and communicate responsibly.

If you're having trouble entering your phone number during the setup process, make sure you are entering a valid number that can receive SMS texts. Do not include dashes or spaces while inputting your phone number. If you're still facing difficulties after ensuring these steps, it's possible that you may be experiencing technical issues on the site or the app. Clear your cache, ensure your app or browser is up-to-date, and try again. However, if the problem persists, it could be an issue on Plentyoffish's end and you'll need to wait until it's resolved.

Creating a new account on Plentyoffish is straightforward. Visit the Plentyoffish website and click on "Register". You will then be asked to provide some basic information, including your email address, username, password, gender, birthdate, and country. After filling in these details, you will need to go through a “Chemistry Test”, which helps Plentyoffish understand your personality better and match with potential partners. Finally, confirm that you accept the terms and conditions. Click on "Create My Profile". After this, verify your account via the confirmation email you receive. Once this is done, you can start using Plentyoffish.

We understand your frustration. Accounts on Plentyoffish may be deleted due to violating our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines. You will not be informed if your account is deleted because of such violations. Please ensure you're not violating any rules, such as sharing inappropriate content, harassing other members, or undertaking any fraudulent activity.
