Scroll all the way down on the Match homepage until you find the "HepFAQs" link. It's toward the bottom of the website, below "Intellectual Property" and above "Contact Us."
Click on "Help/FAQs." Doing so will take you to the help page that says "How can we help you?" at the top, below "match."
Look for the search bar. It's toward the top of the "How can we help you?" page.
Click on the search bar. Doing so will cause a blue cursor to blink and your phone's keyboard to pop up.
Type "Reactivate" into the search bar and press the search button on your phone's keyboard.
Browse the search results. Look for the link that says, "Reactivating or Returning to Match."
Click on the "Reactivating or Returning to Match" link. Doing so will take you to a page of the same name.
Read the "Reactivating or Returning to Match" page.
Follow the information on the page to try to reactivate your Match account. Should you run into problems along the way, consider taking screenshots.
If you're unable to complete the reactivation, please proceed to Step 11.
