You can check the status of your Lenovo order in three ways: online, via email and through the shipper's website.

Online Tracking

To track your Lenovo order online, you can do so by either entering order information without logging in or logging into your account to see the order status.

Via Your Account

To view your order status through your account, follow these steps:

  1. Open Lenovo's website in your browser.
  2. Click on the person icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Select "Sign In."

  6. Select "Sign in."
  7. Open your orders.

Without Logging Into an Account

To check the order status without logging into your account, do the following:

  1. Open Lenovo in your browser.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  3. Under "Customer Support" select "Order Lookup."
  4. Enter the order number and your email.
  5. Confirm you are not a robot.
  6. Click "Send secure link to my email."
  7. Open your email and click the link to get your order status.

Email Tracking

In addition to the method listed above, you will receive email updates when your order is processed, has been shipped and is displayed as delivered. You can check your emails regularly to get updates on your Lenovo order's status.

Shipping Company Tracking

In your confirmation email and your order details in your online account, you will know which shipper will be delivering your Lenovo product and the tracking number for the shipment.
