Scroll all the way down on the DISH homepage until you find the line that says "About Us." It's right below "Satellite TV Deals."
Click on the "+" to the left of "About Us" to expand the menu.
Find the "Help Center" line. It's below "Latest News" and above "Investor Relations."
Click on the "Help Center" link to go to the DISH help page. It says, "How can we help?" in black lettering at the top.
Locate the search bar on the help page. It's below the "What are you looking for?" line.
Click on the horizontal search bar on the help page. This will outline the box in blue.
Type "Change account information" into the search bar and press the search button on your phone's keyboard.
Find the search result that says "Account & Settings." Click on it when you find it. This will take you to the "Account & Settings" page.
