Your password is what you use to sign in to your Boost Mobile account.Your 4 digit PIN is used for security and identity verification.Your 6 digit PIN is used for transferring your Boost Mobile account to another carrier.If you are calling the Boost Mobile customer service center for help recovering your password or one of your PINs, have all of your account information handy so you can verify your identity.If you not only need to recover your password but also your username, use the Boost Mobile app. There, use the "Recover username" option you see after tapping on the Sign In button.
