Check carefully for your package.

Look around all of your doors, behind things on your porch, near the garage, even in any nearby shrubbery. See if the delivery person just left it in a strange or "clever" place, or if it somehow fell off of something.

Check your email for messages from Amazon.

If something has come up that has delayed or even canceled your order, Amazon might have sent you an email apprising you of the situation and giving you instructions on what to do next.
If you have not received an email, continue with the next step.

Go to the Amazon home page.

Click on the "Hello, sign in" link in the upper right corner, just above the "Account & Lists" link to sign in to your Amazon account.

Hover the cursor over the "Account & Lists" link.

A dropdown menu will appear.

Click on the Your Orders option.

Find your Amazon Fresh order in your list of orders.

If the order is not on this list, skip to step 14.

Click on the "track package" option for this order.

Check the status of your order.

If the order status is listed as "Arriving" then it has not actually been delivered yet, but should be delivered soon. All you need to do is wait.
If the order status is "Delivered" then it supposedly has been delivered already. Continue with the next step.

Check the address listed for your Amazon Fresh delivery.

If it is the wrong address, your groceries have most likely been sent to the wrong address. You will need to go there, if possible, to recover them.

Check in the order details for a proof-of-delivery photo.

See if you can tell where your order was delivered from the photo. If you can tell where the groceries were left but they are not there now then it is possible that your order was stolen by a porch pirate. However, it is still possible that Amazon can help you.

Wait for 48 hours after the time Amazon says the order was delivered and then call an Amazon customer service representative to report your missing delivery.

You have to wait 48 hours before reporting the missing delivery because, sometimes, orders are marked as delivered up to 48 hours before they are actually delivered.

Wait for Amazon to conclude its investigation.

The company will send you a message once it has. It may offer you a full or partial refund.
Do not continue with the next step.

Check your shopping cart.

If your order isn't in your list of orders in your account, the most likely explanation is that you never finished the checkout procedure for some reason and forgot that you still had more to do. Just finish the checkout to get your delivery on its way.
If your order isn't in your shopping cart either, then something else has gone wrong. Call an Amazon customer service agent for further assistance.
