Fortunately, signing up for the Amazon Prime service is an easy process that can be completed via the company website.

If you want to find out how you can order delivery from Amazon Prime, follow this easy to follow guide.

Create an Amazon Account:

Before you place your first order through Amazon Prime, the first step is to create an Amazon account.

To sign up to Amazon, visit the company website. Once you have arrived on the company homepage, locate the "Hello, Sign In" button, which is located in the top navigation bar in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Hover your cursor over the "Hello, Sign In" button to view the drop-down menu. Underneath the yellow "Sign In" button, you should see the "New Customer? Start Here" hyperlink. Click on the hyperlink to create an account.

To create your account, you need to provide your name, email address, and create a password. Once you have entered your desired login information, click on the yellow "Create Your Amazon Account."

If you already have an Amazon account, you can simply sign in to your account using the yellow "Sign In" button in the "Hello, Sign In" drop-down menu.

Sign Up for Amazon Prime:

Now that you have created or signed in to your Amazon account, you can sign up for Amazon Prime.

To make your existing Amazon account into a Prime account, visit the company website and scroll down until you find the lower navigation bar. From the lower navigation bar, locate the "Let Us Help You" heading and select the "Amazon Prime" option from the menu.

Once you have arrived on the Amazon Prime page, select the yellow "Start Your 30-day Free Trial" button. You will then be prompted to follow the on-screen instructions. This includes providing payment information, such as valid credit card details.

You will not be charged for your 30-day free trial, but once your trial times out, you will be charged $12.99 per month or $119 per year.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Amazon Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Amazon in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Order Delivery from Amazon Prime? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible.
