If you've been using Airtasker for a while and have decided to deactivate your account, there's a way to recover your account with Airtasker. All you need to do is log back in to fully recover it.
If you can't log back into Airtasker, check your username and password. Make sure you typed in the correct email address and password. Browser issues and poor internet connection can also cause problems logging in to Airtasker. Make sure you have an internet connection, and don't forget to clear your cache and cookies.
Are you using the app? Try turning off your phone first to see if you can use the app again. If not, try to uninstall the app and reinstall it. You can also just update the app to see if you're able to log back in again.
If you still can't log in, consider resetting your Airtasker password. Go back to the login page and click on Forgot password. Just follow the prompts on how to reset the password. Create a strong password by using a combination of numbers, letters and symbols. Also, creating different passwords for all your online accounts is recommended. Never share them with anyone else, especially when an online account is associated with your bank account.

You can create a ticket to be connected to the right team. Use the account-related form if you want to know why you can't log back into Airtasker. Try to provide them with a screenshot so they can see what error you're getting every time you log back in.
The forms can also be used for contacting Airtasker about payment-related inquiries or issues with tasks performed. If you want to report an issue, make sure to submit supporting documents. Airtasker will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to give you feedback about your issue.
If you prefer to create another account with Airtasker, you can do this by going through the quick sign-up process again. When you're having problems with signing up, it could be because you used the same email address when you first signed up with Airtasker.
