Introduction

Agoda customers can cancel their bookings anytime on the app or the website. Any fees, if applicable, are listed in the cancellation policy, found in the booking voucher or room info. Those with free cancellation won't have to pay a cancellation fee. There may be a fee if the booking is non-refundable.

There's no need to cancel and get a refund if you just want to change the dates. You can log in to your account or use the app to choose new dates for your booking. If you still want to cancel your booking, follow the steps below:

Sign In To Your Account

Enter the email address and password associated with your Agoda booking. You can also log in with your phone number or with your Google account.

Click Your Profile Picture

You'll find this on the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Click Bookings

The next page will show your upcoming bookings, completed bookings and canceled bookings. Look for the booking you want to cancel and the cancellation option to cancel the booking. If the booking is non-refundable, you may need to pay a cancellation fee. If you have questions about this, contact Customer Support.

Confirm the Cancellation

After canceling the booking, you should get an email confirmation from Agoda. Go to your inbox for the cancellation email.

Refunds are usually processed right away. However, the bank can take up to 30 days to process the refund.

Cancelling the Booking Via the Email

You can also cancel your reservation with your email address. Just look for the booking confirmation from Agoda and open the email. Scroll down to Cancel Booking and follow the on-screen instructions. You'll also find information on whether or not you can cancel the booking. If it's non-refundable, you will not be refunded for the booking. This is why it's advised to read the booking policy to determine if the booking can be canceled or not.

Use the Best Price Guarantee Feature

If the reason you want a refund is that you saw a lower price somewhere else, Agoda offers a Best Price Guarantee, where you can get the same room and date for a lower rate. For example, if another website offered a lower rate for the property you've already booked with Agoda, the latter can match this rate or credit the difference to your AgodaCash.

You need the following to get the credit or to get the lower rate:Agoda Booking ID - you can find this on your account or in the emailName of the property, city and countryAddress of the website with the lower rateThree screenshots of the site where the room type, room rate, room availability and promotion type of your dates are clearly indicated. Also, you don't need to make an actual booking on the other website. Please fill out the Best Price Guarantee Feature form and submit it to Agoda. The form has to be submitted before 11:59 PM a day before the check-in date.
