AT&T Wireless, also known as AT&T Mobility, is a division of the American telecommunications company AT&T. The company was originally founded in 2000 as Cingular Wireless. AT&T Wireless provides wireless services for phone plans, internet service, and TV. Between the United States (including the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico), AT&T Wireless has over 162 million subscribers.

If you're currently a customer with AT&T Wireless and want to change or cancel a payment arrangement, follow the instructions outlined below.


Cancel or Change AT&T Wireless Payment Online

  1. Go to https://www.att.com/wireless/
  2. In the top right corner, select ‘Account' and ‘Sign In.'
  3. Log in to your account with your user ID and password.
  4. Under ‘Account' go to ‘Billing & Payment Options.'
  5. Click on ‘Scheduled Payments.'
  6. Follow the instructions to edit or cancel your payment. Note that you cannot change a payment arrangement that is scheduled to post after your bill due date.
  7. You'll receive a confirmation email about the changes made.
