“This does NOT work AT ALL! The AUTOMATED message tells you the report number is listed at the top of each page. It is NOT listed at the top of the page and I could not locate it and until you do locate that number NO ONE-meaning a live person will answer your call!! Instead, you are automatically directed to another dept that will set you up to BUY ANOTHER report. And if you do not wish to PURCHASE another one or announce to the AUTOMATED guide that you do not have a report number then the call will tell you "GOOD-BYE" and AUTOMATICALLY hang up! What a waste of time! I ahve attempted to get through at least 6 times but to no avail.”
