Why should I comment about customer care at http://twitter.com/comcastcare...?
First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another Comcast (Xfinity) customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like Comcast (Xfinity) in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
