I am about to be 30 years old and between my personal days and business I go to the bank often. I use all banks but CITI Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave them 3 years to try and it was the hardest most difficult 3 years of my life. They are all about doing everything possible about raising interest without really informing you and also miss using their power to manipulate situations so that the money always goes their way above anyone else. I have never seen or felt any type of true concern or care as a customer. I am very thankful that I never did big business and only small so my losses I have been able to recover from, but barley. They almost put me on the street with no money. It was thanks to my other bank Chase that gave me the money needed to help with Citi Bank sucking me dry of all my money. I am glad that Chase saw how horrible it was and offered to pay without having to open an account or anything like that, a free gift from Chase Bank they are the best! But Citi Ba
