“Excellent bypass to a customer service that can make things happen that is based in the USA. This bypasses the customer service based in India (or wherever they are). The person on the phone was extremely nice since this is the elevated customer service number... press 3, then 1. I got to a person right away and reduced my internet bill by 15 bucks for 6 months. ”
