Charter itself really sucks, the guy who was supposed to install the cable internet never showed up, and didn't call until 3 hours after the estimated time frame saying he wouldn't make it. I called, ready to be pissed, but Kevin who picked up was very helpful, immediately put $20 credit for my account and rescheduled another day for me.
