I cannot stand their voice prompts requireing you to speak to the computer instead of pushing a button! It cannot understand you or it asks irrelevant questions and tries to have you do things like unplug your modem which I have already tried before calling them!! I get frustraited and then after all that then I must be on hold for more time!
