“ I called in a broken lighting fiture. American Home Shield set up an appointment for a Electrical Contractor to come look at the lighting fixture. The Electrical Contractor arrived and took my $60 co-payand and looked at the light. He said he had to get approval to replace the light. AHS called me two days later and told me the light was not covered under my policy. Why didn't the AHS rep I called in the service request tell me lighting fixtures wwere not covered before I paid the $60 co-pay. ”
