This was very rewarding, and they spoke clear and fluent English, talked me through the process of what it would take to upgrade my license, and listed the documents I would need. I also had questions about the processing time for the REAL ID, and they talked to me about estimated timeframes and a few things that I could do to help expedite the process so there would not be any delays.
