Dear Illinois Service Department,
I am writing to address a recent issue regarding a traffic violation ticket I received in Wisconsin on December 13, [redacted]. I paid the fine as requested by the court. However, I received a letter from your department stating that this ticket, case number [redacted], is on my driving report.
Upon contacting the Wisconsin Court at [redacted], they were unable to locate any details of the violation under my name or license number. They advised me to request the REFERENCE NUMBER from your department.
Please remove this traffic violation from my report, as confirmed by the Wisconsin Court that it is no longer on file. I kindly ask for the Reference Number for the Traffic Violation with case number [redacted].

I detest going to the DMV, and the newly modernized system has only worsened the situation. The emphasis on automation appears to have decreased customer support and increased inconvenience. It seems geared towards younger individuals who may find it more manageable. However, for many of us, especially those with busy schedules, this new approach is not beneficial. Making appointments isn't always feasible, and the added stress from these changes makes our already hectic lives more challenging. It appears that this upgrade benefits the organization more than it does the customers.
