You can reach the Canva Help Center by selecting the "?" icon on the homepage.
Open the Canva app and tap on the question mark icon in the bottom right corner. This will open an AI chat where you can ask for help, or you can click to access the Help Center. Click on the link in the article that you choose and a contact form will appear. Select the issue from the drop down, then click on "I still need help." The form will expand to add details to your issue. Be specific and add screenshots if needed. Once done, press "Submit."
