I called and followed the instructions which simply stated to not press any numbers and remain on the line and spoke with a live very clear English speaking Amazon customer service representative in under 20 seconds after the call was connected. I was able to finally get a refund process for an order we never received on Amazon. Prior to this I called twice and spoke with two customer service reps that did not have the best command of the English language and the issue with the order was never corrected, but like I said I spoke with a real human native English speaking customer service rep and had the refund issued promptly.
