I cancelled a subscription that requires payment thru iTunes. The subscription is for the app zoosk. *They have charged my credit card even though I cancelled my subscription in plenty of time. I received a email notice my subscription would expire as per my request the **st of this month but there is an unauthorized payment for another month put through today for $**.**, October **th. *This is the second time they did this as I actually cancelled my subscription a month earlier (September) but by the time I noticed it half the month had went by so I let it go and just confirmed my cancellation for October.*If you require my email that I received earlier this month from zoosk stating the subscription was about to expire I could forward it to you.**I have not been on the site for well over ** days as it is, and my account was also paused and reactivated without my permission this morning at *:** am. I promptly went into my account to change my settings and that’s when I noticed my active status, which led to the check of my MasterCard statement.*How payment was authorized I do not know or understand.*I emailed the billing and accounts at zoosk but I feel since iTunes was my form of payment it would probably be best to speak to one of your representatives...*Could you please help me with this?..**Warm regards,**Lisa Dunn
