Buy a symphony ... I just heard Andreas Romberg’s Symphony **, Opus **, performed by Collegium Musicum Basel, and immediately went to iTunes to buy it. I’m there a LOT, people - check your records - and I’ve never run across Pre-Order before. I could live with that idea, but not with the symphony I came there for being “Album Only”. NONE of the four movements are over ten minutes - and I DON’T WANT those other two pieces. When I buy Mozart’s Violin Concertos it will be with Anne-Sophie Mutter, and I don’t wish to buy any Haydn piece by ANY orchestra until I have heard it in its entirety AND APPROVED OF THEIR performance.**And “contents may be subject to change” or however you phrased it? Give me a break! I go to iTunes to buy WHAT I WANT. If you don’t have that piece in my version, I don’t buy it. That’s simple enough. If this “Pre-Order” nonsense is something new you’re trying out, KNOCK IT OFF! Or change the terms - I would be willing to wait for Romberg’s Symphony, but this OTHER stuff is the pits.**I have a lot of other issues to discuss with you - but my health is poor, and I’ve just been making a list of issues and complaints.
