My husband has tried to add me to his family plan on our elliptical and I am not receiving his invites. They are not in my spam folder or junk mail. How do I join him on our family plan?

How GetHuman4376944 fixed the problem
I went to support.ifit.com and there were specific steps to get me connected on my husband’s family plan. I do have to say that the “gethuman.com” company never called me. I was on hold for an hour, hung up, tries it again for ** more minutes and gave up. Very useless in my opinion.
