I keep getting locked out of my account. First i tried signing in several time only to receive a message that states* "Something went wrong." Finally, did a password reset, so a reset link was sent to my email. After resetting the password I received the same message again, ("Something went wrong"). I'm beginning to thing this site is a fraud. I just so happen to read a statement clause that says, they have a right to deactivate any account that is in violation of their terms* one of which is for using counterfeit receipts. This does not apply to me because I have only used the app for one purchase (which was online), so I did not have to show proof of receipt. I received a message saying that i received a credit for my purchase. Well, so far I have not been able to get it because I cannot get in my account, either on my pc, or my mobile phone. If I don't receive my credit for purchase, I will not hesitate to notify the BBB. I have researched, and found that others are having the same problem, so this seems to be an ongoing problem. My plan is to notify anyone who will listen and that includes my social media followers, as well as my Youtube audience.
