iBotta doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-nflmvp will need to dig through the advice provided by iBotta, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-nflmvp's own words
I've tried cashing out my iBotta account funds a couple of different times over the past year and I keep getting the message "Failed. An error occurred" with no other information about what the problem is. I have attempted the withdrawal on both Venmo and Paypal and I have attempted it on two different devices.**Now, I am at my wits end. I have been accumulating these funds in order to pay for travel but now that I'm ready to buy my tickets, I am unable to cash out my account.**I'm very frustrated by the lack of information and the inability to contact someone from iBotta, directly, for some help. I have already sent a message but I'm afraid that the prices on the tickets will rise, before they get back to me.**How can I expedite this?
