I have been attempting to resolve an issue with Ibotta for over a week now, concerning my account under the email [redacted] When trying to withdraw funds, it indicated my new phone number was linked to another account. Despite multiple attempts to have my number changed, the system recognized it as being associated with a different account. I have provided all necessary information via email three times to verify my ownership, but no progress has been made. I am willing to create a new account but only wish to receive the $32 I have earned via PayPal at [redacted]
My current number used to belong to someone else, as I frequently receive calls for that individual. This is my only phone number, acquired from Sprint. If necessary, potential alternate emails for a second account could be [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] (using my maiden name, Nave, or married name, Troutt).
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. If the provided information is adequate to resolve the issue, please inform me. Today, I purchased the Heinz Ketchup-Real Mayonnaise deal, expecting a $3.50 credit, but the receipt was rejected although I bought a 38 oz. bottle of ketchup as specified along with a 15 oz. mayonnaise. My other items were accepted except for this one. Can the $3.50 credit be applied to my account? I mailed the receipt. Also, I started the Blue Apron offer for $42 over a month ago but haven't received any credit yet. Is there a reason for this delay?

I recently set up my account with the hopes of getting cash back for buying cleaning supplies for my small business through this app. I submitted 2 receipts and now my account is locked. I bought items listed under offers at my local Wal-Mart in Fort Smith, Arkansas on Zero Street. The products on my receipts include McCafe coffee, Tarn-X, Affresh disposal cleaner, Affresh coffee maker cleaner, Fabuloso, and Clorox mildew and stain remover. Despite buying multiples of each, many items weren't accepted. Two items, 9 Lives cat food and Got2b dry shampoo, were not accepted despite being on the offer list. I accepted the results even though it didn't take most items. I reviewed the rules and can't find any violations. Can someone help me unlock my account?

I recently had to replace my phone, resulting in the loss of all my apps, including Ibotta. Trying to log in with my existing information wasn't straightforward as I didn't see the option for it. Despite entering my email, I couldn't access my old account. I suspect both accounts might be under [redacted] The old account holds a balance of $[redacted], as indicated in the emails I'm still receiving. I don't want to use the new account as it will create further confusion. I've reached out through the app multiple times for help, but the lack of contact information from Ibotta is frustrating and discourages me from using the app further.

I have submitted my receipts and items for certain purchases, along with the amount that is owed back to me, but unfortunately, I have not received the credit yet. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received a response regarding the outstanding $12.05 that I am owed. I always keep detailed records of my purchases, cross-referencing them with shopping lists, both before and after shopping, as well as when submitting receipts. It seems that my emails are being ignored, even though other recent purchases have gone through without any issues. This matter dates back to Sept 3, and I would appreciate it if someone could address this promptly and provide me with the credit that is due. Thank you.

On August 17, [redacted], at 4:51, I submitted a support ticket to ibotta to update my phone number after switching to Sprint. I inquired about my ibotta teammates' welcome bonus and received a rebates advertisement from ibotta. Later, on September 1st, ibotta emailed me stating the phone number I provided was not correct. I double-checked, and it was the only number I have ever used for ibotta. I have $28.77 in my account, which I rely on currently. Despite referring 13 or 14 people, only 7 redeemed a rebate, and some might have used any item rebates. However, I didn't receive credit for any referrals. I value using ibotta but am now concerned since much time has passed, and the only response I received was about the phone number issue. I have evidence of the correct number through verification texts and PayPal transactions. I hope for a reasonable explanation from ibotta regarding the referral credits and phone number update.

I've recently accumulated enough funds to transfer to my PayPal account through Ibotta. However, I haven't been receiving the confirmation emails in order to proceed. I double-checked my spam folder as well. I even attempted to reenter my email address in the Ibotta app with no success.
I've also reached out to more than five people to earn the $25 bonus, but it hasn't reflected in my earnings yet. This is starting to make me doubt the legitimacy of Ibotta. I have more inquiries, but let's address these first. If this is not a scam, please provide assistance.

I am having trouble transferring funds to PayPal. This issue has not been resolved yet. Can someone please email me to explain how to fix this? I have transferred funds successfully before, so I don't understand why it's not working now. I've tried resetting, reinstalling, logging out, logging back in, and everything I know, but it still won't transfer. When I try to verify my identity on the transfer page, I keep getting a failed prompt, even though I can identify myself on other app pages. This situation is becoming very frustrating. I've been an Ibotta user for a few months now. I've accumulated $75.10 in earnings that I am looking to transfer to my PayPal account. The email associated with my Ibotta account is [redacted], which is the same as my PayPal email. I have reached out via email twice but have not received any response for over a week now. When attempting to withdraw funds to PayPal, I encounter a message stating that my Ibotta account is locked, prompting me to contact support. I found a store close to me, but when I selected it, the app redirected me to a different location. When I filled gas in two vehicles, the first transaction went smoothly, but with the second, it asked if it was prepaid, which it was. I have the final receipt, but there seemed to be confusion about the date and gallons pumped. The app might have reverted to a store with a similar price. I'm puzzled why it suggested one store (7-Eleven on Marigold Avenue, Kissimmee FL) but sent me to a Shell on Orange Blossom. I want to ensure I receive the correct offer as advertised. I have both receipts totaling $35. I used the promo code Kane for an extra 30 cents off my first fill-up but haven't received confirmation of that.

Hello! I have had my account inactive for some time, resulting in a $3.99 deduction, which I understand. Recently, I accessed the app, unlocked numerous deals, and yesterday I redeemed my groceries. However, being exhausted with three kids, I did not immediately input the items from the receipt into the app. Today, I noticed another $3.99 deduction. I kindly request if this last deduction can be reversed as I have the receipt from yesterday showcasing the items I planned to redeem. I am experiencing a delay in processing my receipt for over 48 hours. My account was credited yesterday, but I am unable to transfer funds as my account is locked. I have been trying to reach out to the Ibotta Care Team for assistance. I received an email about my request ([redacted]) being updated, but I have not received further information yet. I had an active Ibotta account with around $30.00 to $40.00 for withdrawal. Due to issues with my android phone, I accidentally deleted all my apps, including Ibotta. After reinstalling Ibotta, my account shows as new with zero balance. I need assistance in locating my original account to merge it with the new one, ensuring I can access my funds.

I redeemed $50 in earnings for a Walmart e-Gift Card on 10-17-18 using the ibotta app, but I'm unable to claim it due to receiving ERROR 16 and being blocked by Incapsula security. I have contacted ibotta multiple times and was advised to contact Walmart and try different browsers, but with no success. Brian mentioned they cannot refund or credit once the card is received, but I haven't received it as I can't access it. Walmart requires an ORDER# which ibotta hasn't provided despite my requests. Walmart insists it's ibotta's issue. It's frustrating as Walmart could resend the e-Gift Card if it was dispensed, regardless of my access issues due to Incapsula security. I'm disappointed with ibotta's lack of communication and customer service. They don't seem to have a phone number available, and out of the many emails I've sent, I've only received two responses. This experience is unacceptable, and I'm considering canceling my account and advising others to do the same. This situation is very frustrating for me.

I transferred my Ibotta earnings to Venmo, but my bank is not compatible with Venmo. I'm unsure if Venmo can transfer the funds back to Ibotta, or if there are alternative ways for me to access my funds. Currently, my money is trapped in Venmo, and I am unable to withdraw it. Venmo's customer service suggested finding someone I trust with a Venmo account to transfer the funds to so they can give me the money. Although this is a temporary solution, I plan to close my Venmo account once I have access to my funds, as my bank is not supported. Is it possible to transfer the funds back from Venmo to Ibotta?
