I recently submitted a receipt from Winn Dixie on 7/16, and encountered an issue where the system claimed it was from another store. It took 24 hours to resolve, but later I was informed that no rebates were found. When I resubmitted the Winn Dixie receipt for Ore-Ida French fries, a rebate of over $3.00 was missing. On the same day, I tried to submit a receipt for Herbal Essences Bio-Renew Shampoo and Conditioner (13.5 oz), each offering a $1.00 rebate, and the app rejected it for not matching. Despite following the description specifying "ANY Variety," I faced these discrepancies. I feel frustrated and disappointed by these experiences, as this is not the first time encountering such issues. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these discrepancies promptly as this impacts my trust in the process.

I am reaching out about a concerning issue with my Ibotta account. Despite having a balance of over $40, I recently discovered that Ibotta has been deducting a monthly service charge without my awareness. Due to a personal hardship, I was unable to monitor my account and my family, who was assisting, was unaware of these charges. After realizing this, my balance had decreased to around $28. I have since transferred the remaining amount to PayPal but I kindly request the $12 in service charges be refunded. Moving forward, I commit to staying informed about account activities and understand the policy on account inactivity. In case of any future health issues, I will ensure someone monitors or transfers the funds to avoid any charges. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I have attempted multiple times to upload my Walmart.com online shopping receipt on the iBotta app, but it seems like the information is not going through. This is my first time using iBotta, and I want to ensure that I am following the process correctly. After trying to submit the details and images of my receipt three times, I have not received any feedback indicating if my submission was successful. I used various offers including the $10.00 welcome offer, the July $5.00 bonus offer, $3.00 for mobile shopping, and $2.00 if applicable. Additionally, my purchase included items eligible for 7x cash back on Garden products and 1x cash back on Health supplements. I am experiencing various login problems, ranging from issues with my email address-password combination to being informed that my email is already in use, even though I am a registered user. Despite requesting a password reset and navigating through a captcha hurdle, I have not yet received the reset email after 30 minutes of waiting. Furthermore, entering my date of birth in the format required by the platform is time-consuming, especially when selecting a birthdate from 20 or 30 years ago, prior to [redacted].

I spent $[redacted] on items for a party and earned $29.25 in rewards. Ibotta claims I returned items to Target, which isn't true. They deactivated my account and reversed the money. I originally signed up for Ibotta using my Facebook login. I am now trying to cash out, but the cash-out link is being sent to my old college email, which I can no longer access. I have $62 in funds in my account. I withdrew $23 previously without any issues, which was great. However, when I tried to withdraw the $62, it said my account is locked. I haven't received a reply in 5 days. Today, it asks me to confirm my email, but the email is not coming through. The email address is correct, but they are missing the "m" in ".com," so I can't reset it. Now, I can't even access my request tickets. I am feeling very frustrated and worried that I might have been scammed. Some things I purchased were only because of the rebates.

I recently signed up for Ibotta after seeing it on YouTube. I accidentally requested to change my email address, which I didn't want to do, and after receiving the confirmation email, trying to change it, it said the link was expired. When I attempted to withdraw $25 to buy an Amazon gift card, it said my account was locked. I am still able to add my receipts, but I've tried to submit a request three times now, two days ago, and have not received any response. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience trying to resolve an issue for the 6th or 7th time. In July, there was a promotion to sign up for Amazon Prime for $[redacted] with the promise of a $20 Amazon gift card. I made my purchase through the Ibotta app on July 14th. On July 19th, I was notified by Ibotta that my Amazon gift card was ready, but when I checked, there was no code to use it in my Amazon account. I recently encountered an issue with the Ibotta app. I selected an offer for Lance brand crackers priced at $1, however when I went to redeem it, the offer was not in my list. Despite that, when I tried to select the offer again, it was already checked, but I still couldn't redeem it. This experience left me feeling disappointed as I ended up purchasing the crackers without receiving the credit. As a result, I now have a negative perception of the product and am unlikely to buy it again. I also found it frustrating that the app required me to scan most of my products for redemption, as I assumed scanning the receipt was sufficient. This glitch has affected my overall satisfaction with the app. I would appreciate if Ibotta could provide a $1 credit for the crackers I was unable to redeem.

I have corresponded with a representative via email. Steve replied, but my problem remains unresolved. I require assistance from someone who can address my concerns. I provided a receipt for five Bolthouse beverages, but Steve mentioned crediting only one. I clarified that the receipt covers five purchases. Similarly, there was an issue with $4.49 not being credited for Heinz mayonnaise. Steve mentioned crediting my account for one drink and the mayo, but I reiterated that I had purchased five drinks. I have sent two follow-up emails requesting information on the credited amounts and my updated account balance post credits, but I have not received a response. The representative's name could be Steve S. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently submitted a receipt on August 10, [redacted], from Walmart showing multiple purchases of the same item in one transaction. When I take a picture of the rebate box at the bottom of the receipt, it displays the correct rebate amount. However, when I receive the notification, it only rebates for the item once. This issue has happened twice at Walmart but not at Kroger. Last time this occurred, it took over 2 weeks to resolve, and it was not corrected properly. After dealing with customer care and filling out a survey, I let the previous $2 discrepancy go, but now it is over $20, and I would like it fixed accurately this time. I enjoy using ibotta frequently, but dealing with customer service feels slow and inefficient, akin to using snail mail.

Today I referred my sister to earn the $20 bonus, but she didn't manage to purchase the qualifying item at Walmart even after spending $[redacted]. The local stores didn't provide receipts for an item called TruMoo, so we had to visit another store. Unfortunately, at the Shell store, she encountered a rude employee who didn't give her a receipt, forcing her to buy two more Aquafina products. It turns out they don't even use scanners, just an old cash register. I have the bank statement as proof of purchase, and I'm feeling frustrated about this whole situation. I am extremely frustrated. I have been waiting patiently for support to manually reset my phone number, and now, even after that, I am still unable to cash out because I am locked out of my withdrawal account. It seems like I have wasted my time on this app. Sadly, I won't be able to buy my 11-year-old daughter her birthday present tomorrow. I used the remaining cash I had to pay the light bill, thinking I could rely on the money I was supposed to transfer to a gift card. This whole experience has been terrible, and the customer service is truly lacking. Despite sending numerous emails and requests, I have not received any response.

Hello! I need assistance with an issue on Ibotta. My email is [redacted], and I have used Ibotta for almost a year. Recently, I introduced my boyfriend, Jubal Sims, to the app. We wanted to take advantage of the 2 for 40 offer and encouraged some friends to sign up before August ended. As some friends faced difficulties signing up, we assisted them by using our devices. However, I realized I wasn't receiving any referral credits. To resolve this, I asked Jubal for his password to enter his account from my phone, but this led to his account being disabled. Now, I cannot access Ibotta at all as the app fails to load.
