A few months back, we sold a Galaxy Z Fold 3 to a customer who later returned it with broken screens, a scratched-off IMEI number, and locked with a password. Despite listing it as broken, the buyer won the appeal and we were required to issue a refund, which we haven't done yet. We feel unfairly treated in this situation. We are willing to cooperate and make payments if allowed to resume selling on the platform.

I bought an item that was originally priced at $1,[redacted].99 with a 20% discount, totaling $[redacted].99. However, the actual discount applied was only $[redacted] instead of $[redacted].99. After reaching out to the seller, I learned they have a $[redacted] limit on discounts, which I was unaware of. I attempted to cancel the order, but it was already too late. I posted a microwave for sale, but with no success, I decided to donate it to a local charity. I thought the listing was removed until I discovered that a lady had purchased it and I've been paid. Unfortunately, due to my eyesight issues requiring a hospital visit, I'm now in a predicament. I recognize that I need to refund the money, but I'm unsure how to proceed in this situation. I placed an order for an Advent Calendar for my granddaughter on December 10, [redacted], but I can't find it on eBay. I can't seem to locate the item I ordered, and the delivery date was supposed to be December 21. I am in distress regarding the purchase of item number [redacted]60. My attempts to communicate with the seller led to agreeing to buy their car for $11,[redacted]. However, upon receiving the vehicle, it was in poor condition contrary to the seller's claims of it being immaculate. Given that the car requires significant repairs, I am seeking a refund. I paid $[redacted] to have it shipped and now face additional expenses to make it reliable. The car has multiple issues, including malfunctioning parts and leaks. As a 75-year-old without mechanical knowledge, I am deeply disappointed and overwhelmed. I proposed returning the car at no cost for a full refund, but the seller was uncooperative. I recently sold my first item on eBay. When I attempted to add my bank account details, it indicated that it was unable to verify the account. My name appears first on the joint account with my wife, listed as the secondary account holder. I prefer not to have two names associated with my eBay account to avoid complicating my banking setup. I was not informed about a fee to end the auction early when I made the request. Regardless of any small print in the eBay agreement, this fee should have been clearly communicated before I proceeded. I request that this fee be waived if not yet charged, and refunded if already collected. I am frustrated with the lack of actual assistance available, as I am only encountering a list of unhelpful FAQs and common questions. Additionally, I am not interested in involving a third-party service that requires a credit card for help and charges a $20 dispute fee. Once I complete this current sale, I plan to stop using eBay.

I'm looking to purchase a car through a seller using eBay. They provided me with information on conducting business through eBay. The details I received included the seller's full name and address along with my own. I was instructed to purchase eBay cards totalling the price of the car and to call eBay with the 13-digit numbers of the cards. After this, eBay contacts the seller to initiate the shipping process. The money remains in a secure eBay account until the car arrives at my house. I will have a five-day grace period to inspect the car, and if there are any issues, I can opt to have them fixed or return the car for a refund. If I decide to keep the car, eBay will release the funds to the seller. I just want to confirm if this procedure is legitimate. The car in question is a [redacted] Nissan Altima with 50,[redacted] miles on it. The order ID provided by eBay is WXW-[redacted]2-[redacted].

I am trying to make an offer on an item, but I keep getting an error message saying I have unpaid items from the past six months. I've reached out to eBay for help, followed their advice, and even bought and paid for the item mistakenly listed as unpaid. However, my account is still blocked. I have tried contacting the seller of the unpaid item, but they either don't reply, respond late, or insist they have already sent the item. I need my account issue resolved so I can continue using eBay. This has been an ongoing problem for months, and it's very frustrating. I bought a lamp on 12.14.22 and promptly paid after the bidding closed. The seller provided a tracking number, which showed no activity for four days. I reached out via email on 12.16.22, and the seller responded: New message from buzzbrat886 (1): "I had to cancel the order due to a pricing error. Upon reflection, I couldn't let it go for that price. If you are still interested, I have relisted it. I can arrange UPS or FedEx fast delivery before Christmas." The seller claims the cancellation was due to an address issue, which is untrue. My funds are tied up, and the seller never mentioned any price concerns. How should I address this situation?

I have completed my tasks on the profitable eBay platform online. After finishing, I was asked to pay a 20% tax fee. I sent it through my e-wallet to a merchant, and the required amount was 16,[redacted]. However, the merchant does not send fractional amounts, so he sent 16,[redacted]. He then tells me I did not pass the tax payment verification because the amount is incorrect, and I couldn't withdraw the money due to four Egyptian pounds. Is it normal for the withdrawal to be blocked because of four pounds? He is now asking me to deposit the same amount he requested, with no increase or decrease, and I no longer have the amount for the taxes again. He hasn't helped me with this issue. What should I do?

Yes, on this platform, they asked me to pay an amount of [redacted] and my private wallet does not want to pay a shipping amount. A message in exchange for sending amounts sent, send an email, [redacted], meaning that they only raised the value of the email, after I contacted customer service, and all they replied was to resend this amount again, discuss this again. My withdrawal request of forty was disrupted, because it's not my fault, but the merchant sends amounts with fractions. What should I do, but he does not want to help me in resolving this. Today, a buyer opened a request stating they did not receive the package on the scheduled delivery day. I possess the tracking details to contest this claim. Upon reviewing the buyer's profile, there are indications of a potential scam. Despite suspecting this, I proceeded with the sale as the buyer had won the bid. It is disheartening that the buyer now possesses the item and may also be refunded. Given eBay's long-standing presence, instances like these should have averted. I urge eBay to establish a more secure system that safeguards the interests of both buyers and sellers.

I sold a bracelet that the buyer thought was not genuine Tiffany, which I didn't realize. Most of the charms and the chain are Tiffany. I refunded their money and they left negative feedback. I'm now taking it to a local jeweler to get more information. I believe receiving negative feedback was unfair because I always verify my jewelry's authenticity with a jeweler before selling it. I've sold a lot of fine jewelry without any issues in the past.

The seller confirmed that they informed eBay customer service to process my refund promptly because the item I ordered is out of stock. They assured me I should receive the refund within 48 hours, but I have yet to see it reflected in my account. I am eager to understand the status of my refund and would appreciate a resolution soon.
