I reached out to eBay on May 6th and received a reference number with a deadline of May 12 to respond. However, today I received an email stating that the case was closed due to inactivity. After reporting a seller as a scam, eBay claimed the seller was hacked. Video footage confirmed that UPS did not deliver to my address. Subsequently, the seller emailed me indicating the package was shipped, followed by a tracking number and a delivery notification, which turned out to be false as I was home at the time. Recently, eBay informed me that an item I had won was removed due to concerns regarding the seller's account. I also received an email stating that my request is open with Reference Number [redacted]. At this point, I am unsure if I am communicating with eBay or a scammer.

I am facing an issue with a buyer who claims that the unit I shipped them is damaged. They are requesting a full refund along with the shipping costs. Even before receiving the item, the buyer messaged me asking for a refund due to medical bills. I clarified that I couldn't refund them as I had already shipped the heavily discounted item, which upon inspection, is in good condition. Despite offering a partial refund for minor cleaning, the buyer seems uninterested in finding a middle ground. I have a flawless seller feedback record and believe in taking care of my customers while avoiding being exploited. I kindly request eBay's support in backing sellers who are right and reasonable. Recently, I had my Magic: The Gathering cards stolen in Spokane between 2:30 pm and 3:15 pm two days ago. Please contact me if any have surfaced. I received an item that was not as described. The seller agreed to a partial refund of $[redacted] but faced challenges in issuing the refund. I opened a return case, which was ruled in my favor by eBay. I have shipped the item back to the seller using the provided return shipping label with tracking number 9[redacted] 8[redacted] [redacted] 66. The package is scheduled for delivery today. When I attempted to input the tracking number into the case file, an error message stated that the tracking number was invalid. I am confused as the number matches the one on the return label provided by eBay. I purchased item number [redacted]57 on May 4th in preparation for my trip on May 13th. The delivery was supposed to arrive by May 10th, but it didn't reach me until May 11th. Upon tracking the shipment, I discovered that the seller had requested the item to be returned. I tried to cancel the order due to the delay, but the seller disregarded my request and reshipped the item, which is currently on its way. I have repeatedly informed the seller that if the item doesn't reach me by May 13th, I will no longer need it as I will be on my trip. Unfortunately, the seller has not acknowledged my messages and has sent the item back to me. I am seeking a refund as I no longer require the item and fear the seller may take advantage of their refund policy.

I recently made a purchase with order #12-06[redacted]9 on eBay, but had to request a return. eBay approved my return with id #[redacted] and instructed me to print a return label. Despite mailing the return on May 10th, [redacted] with tracking number [redacted][redacted]13, I was shocked to receive an email today saying my case was closed. Although I provided eBay with all necessary information even after struggling to upload the tracking number, my refund is still pending. I've spoken with multiple eBay agents who confirmed they have the details needed for the refund. The lack of communication within eBay and the mishandling of cases is frustrating. I'm seeking assistance to have my case reopened and obtain the refund that was initially approved. The package is on its way, but my refund is not in sight. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently fell victim to buyer fraud and was mistakenly charged twice for the same transaction by eBay. After contacting eBay, PayPal, and my bank simultaneously with their respective supervisors on the line, I made it clear that I hadn't received a refund for the $[redacted] charge. Despite this, I discovered that the charge was duplicated. This situation has allowed the fraudulent buyer to receive a refund and keep both the item and the funds, leaving me at a loss. Although the eBay supervisor assured me I would receive an email and be put in touch with an eBay representative, I have yet to receive any communication. I anticipated this issue, so I gathered relevant information that I am prepared to share over the phone.

I bought seats from Get New Seats in March [redacted] and received them on April 6, [redacted], but they didn't fit my Infiniti QX56. After returning them on April 12, [redacted], Keith confirmed the return. Despite a bad review, Keith asked me to change it to Neutral as they couldn't refund the $1,[redacted] I paid. Contacting them multiple times through calls, emails, and a message to the CEO of Ebay hasn't yielded results. I spent over $2K on the seats and $[redacted].75 on the return. The company's behavior has been disappointing, blaming Ebay for not refunding me. I recently attempted to make a purchase online but encountered issues with completing the transactions. Following a hospitalization, I received a message stating that the purchase was not finalized and that I needed to update my credit card's expiration date. Despite updating the information, I was unable to proceed with payment for the orders. After contacting support, I was advised to reach out to the seller directly. I successfully rebid and won the auction for the dress, but I am still unable to make the payment. Additionally, I am receiving notifications regarding an unfinished transaction for another item. As a disabled veteran, I am facing challenges in resolving these issues and feel overwhelmed. The system is indicating that the updated card expiration date is invalid, causing further delays. I am concerned that the seller may misunderstand my situation and think that I am unwilling to complete the purchase. I am also worried about the implications for the second transaction and the continuous messages prompting me to finalize it. I purchased LED lights from fxc-2016max-[redacted] on 17-10-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the lights are faulty and despite the seller's promises of sending replacements, they have stopped responding. Hello eBay, I am having a challenging time reaching out to eBay, which has not been easy lately, in my opinion. Despite the helpful tutorials eBay provides on various topics, I, as a long-time eBay user of over 20 years, find it frustrating to contact eBay directly. I am seeking assistance with a seller named centsles, a seller with whom I also have a long-standing relationship. I have some inquiries about coins I purchased from centsles and simply want to communicate directly with them. However, despite a promise from a representative for centsles to reach out to me within a specific timeframe, weeks have passed without any contact. This delay has raised suspicions, especially after a coin dealer I know questioned the authenticity of the toning on the coins. I kindly request eBay's intervention in this matter. Thank you, James

Hello, my name is Cynthia Woods. I bought a silk base full lace wig from Luffy Wig, but I received a size larger than what I ordered. I specifically requested a small cap size, which I know as I wear that size. The wig I received is too big on each side by 1 inch, confirming it's not a small cap. I have images of the wrong wig received on May 16, [redacted], clearly showing the size discrepancy. I urge the seller to address this mistake promptly as it's unfair that I was sent the wrong size despite my order specifications.

Good morning, I purchased an item from a seller only to find out it was stolen. After contacting the seller and attempting to have the phone fixed through Samsung, I discovered it was reported stolen in Atlanta, Georgia. The seller agreed to refund me but now has both my phone and my money after I sent it back via UPS. If I cannot retrieve my funds, I request my eBay account be permanently closed. It is disappointing that eBay allowed this seller to operate in such a manner. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I recently received a notice about order number 20-07[redacted]5 being refunded due to an undeliverable address. Upon speaking with a customer service representative, they claimed that the address was incorrect, which seems unlikely as I received a bicycle at the same address just fine. I am concerned this is a scheme to keep customers' money. The eBay representative assured me I would receive the battery on time but abruptly ended the call without any follow-up. I am disappointed by this service and simply want the battery I ordered without additional costs. I hope for a resolution as promised by the eBay representative.

Last night, on May 17, I attempted to purchase bullion. When I clicked Buy-Now, a screen popped up asking me to call. I dialed with my cell, but my phone was not working due to an error with my SIM card, so I couldn't confirm the PIN. I later found out that Ebay tried to call me, but I missed it. Despite my efforts to retry the purchase, I kept receiving the message: "Sorry, you have exceeded the number of allowable phone call or PIN-entry attempts. Please try again later." This issue persisted for several hours on Ebay. The following morning, I tried again to buy the silver bullion, but encountered the same problem with my account preventing the purchase. It has been 24 hours now, and I have lost out on buying while the silver prices rose. I have tried reaching out in vain to resolve this frustrating situation, even attempting to use Chat which directed me to 'JUST ANSWER' for a fee. Now I am being charged monthly for a service I did not want. I request a refund of the $1 I paid for this service. I am feeling quite dismayed by this whole experience and urgently seek a resolution. I received this email from a person selling a camper. In my first email, she mentioned moving back to Omaha, NE due to a new job. She arranged the deal with eBay before leaving town. The camper is already at eBay, and they won't release payment until I receive and test the camper. The necessary paperwork like the clear title, bill of sale, and user's manual will come with the camper. Shipping is covered, so I won't have to worry about that. To proceed with the order, the seller needs my full name, shipping address, and phone number. Once provided, the details will be forwarded to eBay for verification. If approved, eBay will contact me to explain the payment process. I am waiting to hear back after providing the requested information.

Dear Ebay Support, I recently returned an item (item #[redacted]63) using the return label provided by Ebay as instructed. The seller received the item before the May 13th, [redacted] deadline, as shown by USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted]14, indicating delivery on May 12th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I misplaced my USPS receipt and, upon finding it, realized that my case, #[redacted], had been closed by Ebay due to lack of proof of return by the deadline. I plan to appeal this decision, as the seller did receive the item, and I believe they should have informed Ebay of this fact. I feel the seller was dishonest, and though Ebay ruled in my favor, I am concerned about not receiving my refund. The item was low in cost, only twenty-eight dollars, and I returned it unused. Dear Mr Lannone or any available representative, I am seeking help regarding my recent order of two tables with Order 16-06[redacted]6, listing [redacted]68 sold by program17. The seller advertised the tables as solid wood, but upon arrival, I discovered the table tops are plastic, and they are not in excellent condition as claimed. The package lacked proper protection with just a single piece of bubble wrap and was shipped via Greyhound Bus, resulting in the tables arriving damaged after 6 weeks of transit. Despite my efforts to address the issue with eBay, I was informed that it was past the 30-day window for claims. I recently made a purchase with Order # 06-06[redacted]7, but unfortunately, the passenger side of the wiper blades did not fit as the width was too wide. I would like a replacement that is narrower than the driver's side. However, I cannot return the one I attempted to use as it is partially damaged. I recently sold an item to a customer, and he told me there was a problem with it. Even before he mentioned wanting to return it, I offered a refund for the item and shipping. However, he requested a return shipping label which I couldn't find due to eBay's updated screens. After struggling for 2 hours, I couldn't locate where to send the label. Despite my repeated offers for a full refund and his inability to find the label on eBay, he stopped communicating with me and opened a case.
