I ordered a part for my **** Yamaha tri z *** that clearly states it will fit. Water pump oil seal. It doesn't fit. It falls through the hole. I looked that part number up on the part the seller shipped me and it's for a scooter. Asked for a refund and shipping label. The seller did say I could return the product and sent a shipping label. Now here lyes the problem. For me to receive that shipping label I have to pay a fee of *.** . I responded to the seller asking why do I need to pay a fee? It was not my fault it is the wrong part. I have wasted more time on trying to return a part then is necessary, my time is valuable also. I have not heard as to why I need to pay a fee that is were this return is in libo. I want to get my refund so I can order a part that is the correct part hopefully. My tri z is tore apart and I'm waiting. Normally when I need to return something that isn't correct the seller simple sends me a shipping label no fee nothing. I return I get my refund back. Simple simple not in this case. *Thank you *P.s also you state I have to return by oct **, where the seller states Oct **, ****. *Which is it? Order * **-*****-*****. *Thank you*Rhonda Barto
