Hello, I am currently a user of the paid service on Photobucket.com. I utilize this service to link photos to my eBay store listings in order to display additional images of the items I am selling. I recently received a message from eBay indicating that some of my listings need to be updated to comply with their policies. Despite reviewing my listings, I cannot find any contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or web links. The photos cannot be clicked on, so I am unsure of what the issue might be or how to resolve it. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Geoff.

My account jb1a-84 has been restricted by eBay. They requested a copy of my ID (front and back), a bank or utility bill with my registered address, and receipts/invoices for items I sold. I explained that in Brookdale CA where I reside, I only have a PO box since home mail delivery is unavailable. I clarified that I don't have receipts because I sell items from yard sales, flea markets, and Goodwill where receipts aren't provided and are discarded. I mentioned delays in shipping due to transferring PayPal balance to my bank account, a bounced check causing bank deductions for returned checks and fees, necessitating a waiting period until payday to ship packages. I detailed that I now ensure my PayPal balance covers eBay fees and shipping and have opened a separate bank account solely for my eBay transactions.

I have reached out multiple times to request a refund that was guaranteed by Ebay. I reported a seller selling counterfeit items, specifically a CD of [redacted] Microsoft Office Plus, purchased on August 9, [redacted]. The seller admitted it was illegal even before I received the product. Despite communication attempts, the seller's suspended account prevents me from resolving the issue. The purchase processed through Integrated, not PayPal, with no transaction records available. Over 2 months later, Ebay agreed to refund, but the $49.99 hasn't been credited to my account within the promised 7 business days. Despite follow-up calls with representatives Jerome and Mo, no resolution has been achieved. Each call requires repeating my situation as there's no continuity in the records. I await the refund promised by Ebay.

I ordered a front strut and shock assembly from autodayplus on eBay on September 9. The assembly was delivered on time, but unfortunately, I received two right side struts instead of a left and right set. The item number is [redacted]85, with an estimated delivery between September 12 and 16. I've attempted to contact autodayplus multiple times with no success. They insisted that my package was delivered when I reached out, but did not address the issue. I also tried calling them without any luck. After researching their address at [redacted] Pipeline Ave, Chino Ca, [redacted], I found numerous reviews labeling them as dishonest. I'm now stuck with unusable parts and feel scammed by this eBay seller.

I purchased Movavi Video Suite 18 Unlimited Devices Lifetime Activation for $9.99 on 9/14/19 at 12:04 PM. The seller assured me the software was preactivated, but it turned out to be counterfeit. Upon installation, following the instructions to disable virus control, my computer was infected with a virus and a trojan program. After conducting multiple scans, I had to uninstall the program to eliminate the threats. When trying to update the software, I was prompted to buy it again. The seller's response advised against updating, claiming the lifetime license would suffice. I've requested a refund after uninstalling the program but have yet to receive a reply. It's disappointing and concerning.

I recently purchased an item on eBay with item number [redacted]91 and requested international shipping via USPS with a traceable tracking ID. Unfortunately, the seller provided a non-internationally traceable tracking number LA[redacted]79US, resulting in the loss of my item. When I sought a refund through eBay's resolution center, my case was closed prematurely without a thorough investigation. In a separate incident involving item number [redacted]35, I asked the seller to adjust the price, but the order was canceled. Subsequently, the seller re-listed the same item under a new ID, [redacted]91, and despite my instructions not to alter any details, eBay inaccurately cited my request to change the price from a previous, unrelated transaction, leading to the closure of my case. I am concerned as I cannot afford to lose $[redacted] and urge eBay to re-examine the case, emphasizing my latest message instructing the seller not to modify any shipping or item information.

I recently created an account on Ebay in Spain and have encountered an issue. I purchased acoustic foam from China, but it has not arrived yet. I also started three auctions for my own items. Suddenly, I received an email from Ebay canceling my bid for the foam and later informing me that my account was suspended due to "recent activity" without further explanation. The first email seems suspicious as it does not use my user name, comes from a different address, and is not in my online Messages folder. I suspect my account was suspended because of possible unauthorized access related to my purchase. I would like my account reinstated so I can continue selling. It's not urgent, but it's frustrating as I was looking forward to making some extra money. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Best regards, L.P. Barcelona, Spain

I need to request a refund for a perfume I bought as a guest. Since I made the purchase without an account, it doesn't show on my profile. I want to ensure I report the return before shipping it back. I've tried all other online avenues without success and require urgent help. The scent of the perfume is off, smelling musty and old, not like it should. The bottle appears less than full, around 3/4 full. Name: G. Joines Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Item #: [redacted]29 I've called the customer service number ([redacted]) but only encountered a promotional offer before the call disconnects. I would appreciate guidance on the correct return process. Thank you, G. Joines

I encountered an issue when trying to purchase a phone from a seller. Upon entering my details and proceeding to payment, an error message appeared stating, "There was a problem with your purchase. Please re-purchase the item again." I attempted another purchase, resulting in two order commitments in my purchase history instead of one. The seller suggested contacting eBay for assistance, but has since ceased communication. I am now facing a situation where I am required to pay for both orders, totaling $[redacted], when I only intended to buy one phone. I am unable to cancel one of the orders due to being committed to it, which I find confusing. I have screenshots available for verification. If anyone has advice on resolving this, please assist me.

I have faced challenges trying to list my oxygen gas generator on eBay. The platform removed my listings, citing restrictions on medical devices. However, I have noticed multiple listings for oxygen concentrators on eBay, some of which have high sales volumes. I feel unfairly targeted as I see similar devices being sold by others without any issues. I am determined to address this discrepancy in treatment. I believe this might be related to discrimination based on my background. I urge eBay to either allow all oxygen concentrator listings or permit mine as well. I will not tolerate discrimination and will take further action if necessary to address this issue.

Regarding eBay order number 20-03[redacted]7, placed on 9-7-19. I purchased 15 DVD boxes in an attempt to replace damaged ones. I mistakenly received 7mm boxes instead of the desired 14mm ones, which are more suitable for my needs. Despite the seller's no-return policy, I initiated a return hoping eBay's protection would secure a refund. After eBay's email stating the return is closed without mentioning a refund, my attempts to resolve this have been fruitless. I have contacted customer service and the seller with no success. As the item does not meet my needs and I am dissatisfied, I believe I should receive a refund per eBay's money-back guarantee.

I purchased a phone from eBay two months ago. The seller assured me that they would ship it via express post, arriving the following week. After two months of not receiving the item and the seller not responding to my messages, I filed a case with eBay providing evidence from our conversations where they promised express shipping and appeared to have scammed me. eBay initially put the case on hold with a promise to follow up, but it has been three months without any resolution. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I closed the initial case to open a new one for a refund due to the item not arriving. Unfortunately, I am now unable to open the new case, and eBay seems unresponsive to my concerns. I invested over $[redacted] in this purchase, saving up for a long time, and now I am unable to get the item or a refund through eBay's supposed money-back guarantee.

After doing some research on scams, I fear that I have fallen victim to one recently. I came across an item on eBay and made a best offer of £[redacted] to the seller on September 16th, which they accepted. However, they kept delaying sending the item claiming they were busy with work and their local post office was closed on weekends. Despite this, they marked the item as dispatched with an estimated delivery of September 19-20th, which seemed suspicious to me. When I informed them I needed the item by Tuesday, they promised to send it through someone on Saturday. I was relieved to receive an invoice stating it was sent on September 21st, but then on September 23rd, I received a message saying the item was returned to the owner due to an incorrect address. I have purchased many items on eBay using the same address without any issues, and after some investigation, I suspect the seller intentionally printed the wrong address to have the item returned and keep my money. I have screenshots of all my transactions with the seller as evidence if necessary.

I bought a window sash from the seller "turkeynamed" with item number [redacted]66, received on 7/19/19. The item cost $67.30 plus shipping but arrived badly packed, leading to it being completely broken upon arrival. Concerned about the health hazard of broken glass, I immediately disposed of the box and contents. Despite sending pictures of the damaged item to the seller, he claims not to have received them. I have had unpleasant communication with the seller, who initially refused a replacement or refund but is now considering sending a replacement with eBay's intervention. I've struggled to open a case due to eBay's format not including options for broken items. I seek your help to move forward with the refund/replacement process, favoring a replacement due to an impending Halloween contest entry. Time is crucial, and I appreciate your support in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Sincerely, BC.

I purchased a Naomi Home Odelia Swivel Back Rocker Recliner from ojcommerce.com. Unfortunately, I am experiencing an issue where the foot/leg rest does not retract properly into the chair when trying to get up. My attempts to reach out to the company via email have been unhelpful, and the customer service phone line has been challenging to connect with. I am hopeful that someone can assist me with this defective chair. - J.M.

I came across a RV listing and reached out to the seller. After receiving a message from eBay, they are requesting that I purchase $1,[redacted] worth of eBay cards from a store, photograph each card, and load them, which seems unusual to me since I have always used PayPal in the past. The seller claims to be in the military and deploying by September 30, [redacted], needing to sell the RV quickly. They state the RV is in excellent condition, and I would have 5 days to inspect it while the money is held by eBay. Here are the details from the email: Transaction Id# [redacted] Date: 9/25/[redacted] Item Title: [redacted] Winnebago Rialta 22 QD 21' Volkswagen VR6 Item Condition: Used Shipping: Free Shipping (within 3 days) Deposit: US $1,[redacted].00, Remaining balance: US $0.[redacted].00. Hi, I would like to report a seller named securicam_cctv. I purchased one of their 8MP CCTV cameras. Initially, there were 5 available, but after I made my purchase, it reduced to 4. Two days later, they cancelled my transaction citing lack of stock in their warehouse. Surprisingly, their ad for the same item (item number [redacted]62 on eBay) is still up, now claiming that 5 units are available. This discrepancy is concerning and needs thorough investigation. It is unfair for the seller to mislead buyers about product availability and then continue to advertise the item. This practice could potentially mislead other buyers. Securicam_cctv should be held accountable for their actions and not allowed to operate in this manner on eBay. Thank you for looking into this issue and for your assistance.
