I attempted to list a Bluetooth module for a CPAP machine on eBay, a common accessory found on the platform. Despite it not being a medical device and simply allowing data transmission to a smartphone, my listing was removed for violating medical device restrictions. Contacting eBay's customer support proved frustrating, with promises of callbacks and resolutions within 24-48 hours going unfulfilled for over two weeks. Even speaking with a supervisor and obtaining a case number did not result in a timely solution. The inconsistency of allowing others to sell the same product while my listing was removed adds to the frustration, with no clear path for escalation or appeal available.

I bought a 6-liter ultrasonic cleaner to replace my 3-liter one but was disappointed to find that the tank size was the same due to a hidden chamber. I'm returning it unused and want to exchange it for the 10-liter model. The seller's return policy includes a hefty $32.49 shipping charge, which I feel is unfair considering the misleading description. I bought a rechargeable USB blender marketed for travel, but it has stopped charging on my caravan trips. Despite promises of a refund and a replacement from the company, nothing has been received. Initially promised a replacement that never came, and then told it would be delayed as it was being shipped from China, contrary to the UK-based supplier claim. After providing my PayPal address, as requested for a refund, there has been no progress. Threatened to escalate the issue but was told to proceed.

Regarding the Rand McNally IntelliRoute TND [redacted] GPS issue with seller on eBay, I only received a partial refund for the damaged item. The seller accused me of taking it apart, which I did not do. He mentioned fixing and reselling such items. After checking his feedback history, I noticed other buyers faced similar issues with his selling practices. I demand a full refund as I expect eBay to support me in such situations. I refuse to bear the consequences of the seller's false claims. This seller appears to have a recurring problem with misleading listings.

I purchased an item on August 26 with an expected arrival date of September 12. Despite multiple messages to the seller, I kept receiving excuses and the new delivery date was pushed to October 13. When I expressed my concern, they asked for a few more days. They also suggested I check with the post office if the item was sent. When I tried to contact eBay, they advised me to wait longer before they intervene. I simply want to inform eBay that I have waited long enough. I have decided not to order from Chinese sellers anymore due to the frequent and prolonged delays in receiving items.

Hello, my name is Richard Mankowski, an ebay user with the account name rmdroopy. I have been a member for the past 20 years. I recently noticed that eBay has started collecting sales tax on transactions. I would like to point out a couple of issues: 1) Sales tax should not be applied to shipping charges, especially since shipping is handled by the US Postal Service, a federal government entity. 2) Sales tax should not be levied on National Geographic magazines, books, and maps as they are products of a federal government institution. 3) Given that I often purchase coins on eBay, I hope that sales tax will not be collected on these items as coins are considered investment items exempt from sales tax, although subject to capital gains tax. I have paid $2.94 in sales tax for 4 items that qualify as sales tax-exempt purchases. I kindly request a refund of the sales tax amount. My parents set up an account and made a purchase around February or March this year. I am having trouble logging in even though I have the correct password. When I try to use my active phone number to receive a text message from eBay for a temporary password, the webpage glitches when I enter the code. It's frustrating.

I recently discovered unauthorized account activity on my Yahoo email. During the night, an eBay account was created using my email and promptly suspended. My Yahoo and PayPal accounts seem secure, but I have updated my passwords as a precaution. I placed a bid on an item, and the seller accepted it. However, I was informed that I needed to pick up the item, which I was not aware of. Subsequently, I received a disrespectful email accusing me of trying to avoid shipping charges. I am having issues with the seller I purchased strip lights from. After receiving the bent and dented lights with ill-fitting plastic covers, I have been met with unhelpful responses. Despite my complaints and refusal to straighten the lights myself, the seller has been uncooperative. They initially suggested straightening the lights and testing them, then claimed they were out of stock when I requested a refund. I feel frustrated and like they are avoiding addressing my concerns. Hello Ebay, My username on eBay is Shoptico, and the phone number associated with this account is +[redacted]61. My account has been suspended without any explanation. I was trying to expand my business by opening a second account, and unexpectedly, my original account was closed without justification. I have maintained an above-standard status for two years on my old account, and I recently opened a new account to further develop my business. My eBay account, associated with my email address [redacted], has been suspended. I find the reason given for the suspension to be unclear. The suspension happened right after I won a bid, and now the seller is trying to contact me without success. I have been attempting to address this issue without any luck. It is frustrating to have my account suspended and not have any means to communicate or resolve the matter.
