I started a return on a package over two weeks ago. I tracked the package and everything was normal, and was even shipped back to the original USPS hub where it came from. However, I stopped receiving tracking updates after that. I contacted the seller about this and turns out that my return package was lost. Instead of telling me (the buyer) to initiate a case, the seller opened a case and eBay subsequently made a decision in favor of the seller because the package was never delivered back to the seller.**I tried to appeal the case decision but the automated voice said that "the case was decided in your favor, there's nothing you need to do anymore" and that was it. Which means that I am actually unable to appeal this decision and that the voice was actually talking to the seller, not me. I just don't think this is fair at all because it wasn't my fault, I basically had no control of this case, and I'm the one at loss.

GetHuman-mozoom did not yet indicate what eBay should do to make this right.
