I am trying to resolve the issue - I have paid money and order not sent to my current address. ... My last order from techno-world was sent to my old address. I contacted the seller and he said got that address was on PayPal. Paypal had my current and previous addresses in the list. Seller said he did not have my new address. I pointed out that the previous order was sent to my new address so he did actually know the current address. He refuses to resend the order to the correct address. I am on low income and cannot afford to pay for orders I do not receive. Please help me. I have been happy with his service previously but it is not my fault he sent it to the wrong address. I had a live chat which disconnected (sent me email of that) then next person helped me looked into the purchase and said as I did not receive it seller has to replace it. He also said seller did know current address from previous order so it is his error. Seller says he got wrong address from PayPal, but all my orders from other sites through PayPal have come to the correct address so I still do not know why he looked at the previous address. Hoping you can help me clear up this problem. I don't want to purchase further from him if he won't admit the error. Your ph no section is weird. Seller said he didn't know my current address, but then I reminded him the previous order was sent to my current address - therefore he did have my current address but sent it to the old one.
They could refund me, or send my order to the correct address ** Copley Street, Park Holme ****
Years and year I do not remember - I am ** and have memory problems. I expected the item or my money back.
I had a chat and they said he should resend the order to my current address. I chatted to two staff, one for a short time, the second checked into the facts and told me he did have the current address on my previous order, so it was his mistake to send it to the old address and will send it. Seller firstly said he didn't have my new address (but he did) and now he says he doesn't have to replace the order as he got address from PayPal, but PayPal has current and previous addresses listed there, and every other place I order from has sent them to correct address using PayPal. But now ebay does not seem to have that chat section anymore so I do not know what to do. I almost feel l shouldn't use ebay anymore, this transaction and sellers unwillingness to admit he had my correct address from previous order. It is not a large sum of money, but I am on low income and do not like to pay for something I do not receive.
