eBay customer service representive was unable to properly handle my buyer complaint. I incurred costs that weren’t refunded back to me when I made a purchase from an eBay seller even though I purchased proven falsely advertised item, followed eBay’s return instructions, and made the purchase under Ebay’s ***% money back guarantee. Here’s the eBay telephone conversation reference * *-************ regarding the fruitless attempt at a proper resolution regarding my matter. I would strongly encourage another eBay employee listen to this recorded conversation between myself and two employees to not only understand my issue, but more importantly, to understand the obvious flaws in eBay’s current international return protocols & eBay directions to buyers returning items under these types of transactions. eBay is doing a great disservice to their buying customers under the current protocols & how eBay communicates these protocols to their buyers. With tons of other selling services out there now beyond ebay, I would this ebay would do all they can to provide a fair and honest system for their buyers & sellers so that they can retain their customer base as well as giving reason for their current customers to encourage others to use eBay’s services rather than the multitudes of other options now available that provide similar*like services. *Carmelo
