The issue in GetHuman-primenim's own words
I have bought product from ebay with item ID: ************ in $*** and paid via credit card on **th November ****. I am from India and seller is from Spain (I suppose). **Yesterday got an email from ebay saying "eBay account security communication partner warning".*It says "unauthorized third party may have compromised this member's account security. It’s important to note that we’re unaware of any problems with your account. We recommend precautions to help keep you safe (gave few steps).**Seller has messaged me via ebay messaging portal that he has refunded $*** on that product. I would receive the money in *-* days.*He has done that because I had paid him via credit card and he has to pay commission on that transfer mode.**He also said he has shipped the product already and demands me to pay $*** again via PayPal account to his directly.**Please confirm my money would be covered via eBay money back guarantee. Also advice what steps I should take to make sure this doesn't turn out to be a fraud deal.
