ncow ****. order from topshop. i was told by email the item would arrive wed ********, then updated to tuesday ********. monday*** *****. I hear a knock on the door, i am getting out of the shower. I yell I am coming, put on a robe,open the door, no one there. I discover later fastway had left a card, no contact number, looked like it was written by a * yr old. thank god there was a printed tracking number. I phoned fastway,s brisbane number, I am told there was no one home, the driver returned the parcel to his depot. O.K. can you deliver the parcel wednesday, yes we will do that, I repeat o.k. you deliver it wednesday, "yes". wednesday I wait all day, at *.**pm I phone fastway, give them the tracking number, then eventually I am told, it is around the corner at the pharmacy, I say thats great, you told me you would deliver it today, if I knew on monday it was at the pharmacy I would have got it. Now I have waited all day, to be told a load of crapp !!!may I speak to your manager,,reply no there is no one from fastway here, I am offshore. I say then why have I wasted my time ,thinking I am talking to someone in brisbane.this was a bridge too far I can't accept. the parcel will be returned to fastway, they will return it to the supplier,you can not run logistics from offshore, I know, I have been in transport for the last ** years. I have asked Amex to cancel payment, I can not accept this poor service, now considering cutting ties with e bay.
