I’m terribly disappointed in eBay Customer support. I purchased an item valued at over $*** and I wanted to use the **% off today, however I was having issues in doing that. I called and speak to customer support and they offered a $** credit to use on another purchase. I told the representative that I would not be using it so I called again and spoke to another person her name was Ruby, I try to explain my situation but I can tell she was getting frustrated by her tone of voice and would speak over me, I told her I understand the policy may speak to your supervisor she again interrupted me and spoke over me I found that very rude. I asked to speak to her supervisor she put me on hold came back and told me her supervisor was at lunch. Her supervisors name is Romel, I simply wanted to get my **% credit towards my purchase but the item has shipped already she asked me to cancel it and I couldn’t. Is there anybody that can help me from eBay I purchased things from eBay and sell as well I’ve never had any issues until now. *Thank you
