Hello, I'm seeking guidance regarding a recent purchase issue. I acquired a video card from a seller, but upon attempting to install it, encountered complications. Despite extensive troubleshooting with Nvidia and DELL support, the problem persisted, leading me to the realization that the card is fraudulent, an outdated model with altered firmware. The seller has offered to replace it, but considering the recurring issue with the fake products they offer, I am hesitant to accept another potentially non-functional card. The models in question are GT730 and GT960, both believed to be counterfeit. I have incurred additional costs such as customs fees and postage, making it impractical to return the item. The misrepresented 4GB card is actually 1GB, as confirmed in a video detailing the fake GT960 model. I have contemplated re-flashing the BIOS as a solution, but success is uncertain given the nature of the counterfeit item. Further details and the seller's information can be found in the provided links. Any advice on the next steps would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Warm regards, Rumen Z.

Hello, my eBay username is tone12kin38. I am concerned about the fees I am being charged for selling on eBay. Last month, I sold one item and was charged six dollars. This was the first item I've sold in approximately three years on eBay, yet I received an invoice charging me thirteen dollars for this month. If I am not actively listing or selling, I do not want to incur monthly charges on eBay. I would like my name to be removed from the seller list when I am not selling. I prefer not to involve my credit card company in resolving charges related to not listing or selling items. Kindly cease charging me for not listing and remove my name from the sellers list. Thank you.

I bought the Tan Physics product and was excited to try it before my cruise to get a tan. However, following the instructions in the video, applying the product was a disaster. It didn't go on smoothly, leaving streaks and clumps that made my skin look terrible. I had to go on the cruise with uneven tan, feeling self-conscious about my legs. I reached out for a refund via email on August 11th but have not received a response. I am disappointed with the results and do not want any more of the product. I am willing to return it if needed.

Hello, I recently purchased a phone from Krismobiles, but my eBay account was temporarily suspended. I resolved the issue by providing the necessary documentation, and my account has been reactivated. However, Krismobiles received a message from eBay instructing them not to send me my purchase until the warning is lifted. I received a message from Krismobiles explaining the situation and asking me to contact eBay to resolve the matter. I kindly request eBay to contact Krismobiles and lift the warning so that my order can be shipped promptly. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Adriaan L. I am seeking assistance with changing an eBay listing from "Buy it Now" to an auction format. Per eBay's policy, I followed the steps to "End Item." However, when I attempted to relist the item as an auction, I was met with restrictions due to the type of item I was listing being a brand name item. The message I received states that I have reached my limit for this type of item and cannot list any more for 30 days. I am requesting an exception to be made in my case as all my Gucci items are authentic, and I was not aware of this restriction beforehand. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sherry Hine, seller under the username "shersellsvintage" with zip code [redacted], has been experiencing long wait times on the eBay customer service line and would appreciate prompt assistance.

I purchased a battery charger from Southern Express Shipping, but it did not meet my expectations. I requested a return, but faced issues as I couldn't print the provided QR codes and labels from my computer. Despite informing the seller about this, they continued to email me the same instructions. After struggling for 7 days, the seller promised to send a return label by mail, which never arrived before the return deadline. eBay intervened, but after 48 hours, the claim was closed without a refund. The seller still hasn't shared a return address. I fear I might have to accept the loss of $30.69 for the charger due to this unfortunate experience. Consequently, I have closed my eBay account, disappointed by their handling of the 30-day return policy.

My eBay account was hacked, compromising my personal information and card details as I pay without Paypal. The hacker changed my password, email, and phone number without any notification. They managed to access my card details and withdraw £[redacted] from my account, leaving me in financial distress. The lack of warning about the password change is concerning, given that my card details were stored on eBay. This incident has caused me stress, and I am now hesitant to continue using eBay due to the security breach.

I recently tried to purchase ruins ([redacted]73) from seller "aa-wargames" for 12.50 GBP with 5.00 GBP for postage. However, I've encountered issues with payment despite attempting to pay using different cards and methods, including directly with my credit card. After contacting the seller, they mentioned that if the payment delay exceeds seven days after the auction, they will initiate an unpaid item case. They advised contacting my bank and eBay/PayPal for assistance. The seller mentioned they will keep the unpaid item case open for at least four days and will cancel it automatically upon payment. I am unsure about the next steps to take in this situation.

I am seeking advice regarding a recent order cancellation request from a buyer. In an attempt to follow protocol, I mistakenly informed the buyer that they needed to submit an official cancellation request. I have since learned that I can cancel the order independently. The buyer initiated a return request, although no item has been dispatched yet. I declined the return request, aiming to proceed with cancelling the order. However, eBay states that a return request has been started, hindering my ability to cancel the order. I am uncertain about the next steps. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I need help with cancelling an order on eBay. I mistakenly thought the buyer needed to file an official cancellation request, but now I realize I can cancel it on my own. The buyer initiated a return request, even though I hadn't shipped the item. I denied the return hoping to cancel the order, but eBay won't let me. I am unsure of the next steps. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I placed an order for a Philips shaver on August 4, [redacted]. I patiently waited for the item to arrive but did not receive any notifications about the delay. As you had promised delivery between the 10th and 20th of the month, I reached out on the 15th inquiring about the status of my order. This is the first time I have faced such an issue with my purchases and had always trusted your service. By the 28th, I replied to an email requesting feedback on your services, mentioning that I had not received the shaver and wished to cancel the order for a refund. Despite offering flexibility until the end of the month, I received a rude response from an unnamed individual. I can provide you with copies of the emails exchanged. As of now, I have neither received the Philips shaver nor the reimbursement. I am concerned about the lack of resolution in this matter. I hope you can address this promptly and with the appropriate level of responsibility. Sincerely, GG

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Eleni Peftitssi, and I am from Greece. My PayPal account is activated, and I have been trying to purchase a product from an eBay shop all day. However, when I confirm the payment via PayPal, a message appears on my screen stating: "Unfortunately, we can't process your payment. Here are your options: Check out with another PayPal method, like the one we're showing now. Select a different payment option." The same message appears when I attempt to pay with my Visa debit card through eBay. I have contacted my bank provider, who informed me that my card is not blocked, and suggested I reach out to eBay's service center. Could you please assist me? Thank you in advance. Yours sincerely, Eleni Peftitsi

I sold an item and the buyer requested a return. Subsequently, the buyer opened a case seeking a refund which eBay resolved by issuing them a refund of £74 on September 7, [redacted], for the purchase price and original postage. The tracking information provided by the buyer confirmed successful delivery, but I do not have the tracking number for the returned item. I am uncertain whether the parcel was delivered elsewhere, as there is no communication from the courier or the buyer despite my attempts to request this information. Could you please provide me with the tracking number for Case #[redacted]?

I recently tried to cancel a purchase on eBay as I collect buttons, and the item I bought turned out not to be a button, despite being listed as one. I attempted to cancel the bid twice but received no response from the seller. When I contacted eBay, they advised me to disregard the unpaid item in my cart and assured me it would disappear within 30 days. To my surprise, I woke up to an email stating the seller has opened a case against me and that I must pay by Wednesday to avoid a strike on my account. Despite eBay saying they couldn't assist further, they mentioned I could appeal the strike once it's issued. I feel this situation is unjust as the seller chose to escalate the matter over a small $1.50 item while ignoring my attempts to rectify the situation.

Hello, I have been a long-time user of eBay with a good track record. Recently, I placed a bid on a motorcycle but due to unexpected medical expenses, I am unable to honor the bid. I tried to communicate this to the seller, but they seemed upset and did not agree to withdraw my bid. I won the auction, but unfortunately, I cannot afford the purchase. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope it doesn't affect my standing on eBay. Thank you for understanding. - Dean Jones.

Hello, I recently bought an 8x3x1-95M Chicken Coop Pet House Hen Cage Outdoor Cage Enclosure Large Run Hunch from x.warrior. The item was originally $[redacted], but with a 10% discount at checkout and free delivery, the total came to $[redacted].50. x.warrior contacted me to let me know that their original carrier cannot deliver the item due to its size and weight. They are now requesting an additional $30 for the delivery, and I still want to proceed with the purchase. I received the following message from the seller: "Thank you for your purchase. We apologize for the inconvenience, but our courier cannot deliver the parcel to your location due to its size or weight. We have found another courier, but there is an extra fee of $30. If you are willing to pay this amount, we can proceed with the delivery. Please let us know your decision." Thank you, Lynne Parker (Ramsesfishing)

I sold an item and the buyer requested a return. Despite my objection to refund the money, eBay closed the case after a day and issued a full refund to the buyer, including the purchase price and original postage and packaging cost. The buyer provided tracking information showing successful delivery, but I never received a tracking number for the return. I have not been informed by the courier about the parcel being left elsewhere. I have tried contacting the buyer, but have not received a response. Can anyone help me obtain the tracking number for the return? -Case [redacted]-

I purchased an item from Ebay on July 11th from seller pvpittsk62. The seller claimed it was delivered on July 14th to Portland, Oregon using Ebay's version of UPS tracking. Despite going through Ebay's resolution process, my claim was denied. Ebay claimed the seller proved delivery with their tracking system. However, I have evidence that the item was returned to the seller in Sparks, Nevada on July 19th via UPS's official tracking. I am determined to pursue justice and get my $60 refunded. This matter is about principle. Thank you, R. Perry.
